Idaho, Nevada, and Montana have the same problem we have here in Arizona:

Which means our laws are frequently influenced by judicial decisions out of San Francisco.

Someone may have texted/messaged Vic and he may have confirmed that he did record that extra interview for the Blu-Ray even though Monica is trying to say he may not have recorded it.
