Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

Chantal loves to talk about how caring and compassionate her African pygmy squatter is, and she said they both watched that stupid vegan film. Bibi is Muslim, and I am inclined to wonder what a Muslim, who is religiously bound to only eat meat slaughtered in an inhumane fashion (halal), would think of the reeking pig he lives with (who has already eaten more meat than most of us will in our lives) being cajoled by a shithouse two-bit film into her probably-thousandth episode of sanctimonious reinvention. As embarrassing as what we see is, imagine what lies Malan has to tell his friends and family about the demented sow he's using for a green card. Sorry Chantal, pigs are haram!
The majority of animals slaughtered in halal fashion are stunned before doing so, just like regular animals. The only real difference is that they’re blessed at the time they die. Hell, at least they allow for stunning pre-slaughter...kosher slaughter forbids it.

I’m more concerned that she was SURPRISED Bibi is “compassionate.” I thought he was her rock, her emotional anchor? More likely she was surprised he got emotional over the vid because the only emotion he shows her is barely-restrained annoyance and resentment.

E: sry for double post, posting on mobile and it’s a pain in the arse

I give her exactly one and a half days before she throws herself into the bingemobile in a fit of desperation and self-loathing and slams her chubby trotter down on the accelerator, laying a patch of rubber towards the nearest Arby’s.
This has literally happened with every new cycle in 2019. Water fast lasted like 4 days (if you are optimistic and believe Chantal), grape and lemon fast lasted a day, dr’s plan lasted a day, medical medium phase didn’t even get a chance to start... neither did her “challenge” with AL.

She has said she is going plant-based like three or four times this year already. There was a comment she replied to -when she was talking about the medical medium shit- saying she was giving up meat and dairy for good this time and the next day she was eating meat and dairy lmao.

Chantal is not as bright as you all give her credit for. I believe she goes round and round the veganism trend because it gives her ample leeway with the carbs she loves to consume while she can feel ethically superior.
Everything has to do with food and giving herself the moral high ground while eating carbs must feel like paradise.
Both her breakfast and that thing she bought with the noddles were diabetic bombs.
Maybe if she had to force herself to poke her finger before and after every meal 3-4 times a day and she’d see those exceptional high readings something would change.

Nah I am too optimistic... and too exhausted to follow this fresh round of foolisness closely.

PS: cannot sit through any of her vids lately so since I am depending on people giving us the bulletpoints. Kudos to whoever does this.

She ate 3 mangoes? Did she not mention in her previous video that she prepared and froze all her mangoes and fruit for smoothies? Mangoes are very high in sugar and calories. 3 Ataulfo mangoes are 330+ calories, plus the 400 for the breakfast swill oatmeal. Also, mangoes have a decent amount of insoluble fiber. Which she complains that she can't digest. I guess she will have more "anal spasms" and clogged toilets from all of that fiber. It certainly has nothing to do with the amount eaten all at once nor the fact that her body isn't acclimated to it. No siree. Not that. The japchae could be healthier than "regular" pasta, IF it was prepared as such. She mentions a sesame dressing plus a vinaigrette. My bet is that the sesame dressing contained tahini or peanut butter that is sometimes used as a cheaper substitute when combined with sesame oil. I also have my doubts that was the only thing that she ordered and what she showed certainly wasn't the only food that she ate that day. As Scarlet O'Hara famously said, "Tomorrow is another day!". I give her until Friday night. Pizza Pizza and Arby's will be calling her. No way will she survive Easter Sunday without a double portion of ham, lamb, turkey or all of the above. Chintal really is the cow that keeps on giving.

I give it 3 days, a week max.

Also, who is she trying to fool by pretending she ate nothing but a bowl of oatmeal and a salad yesterday? That's like 800 calories. No way she didn't have a greasy late-night binge after uploading that video.

It's hilarious that she thinks dairy is her problem, and not the insane amount of it she eats.

It's ten times worse when people who don't understand the first thing about how the average farm is run start to run rural farmers out of business because they're easily manipulated by propaganda and think that the first thing you do before m.ilking a cow is to torture her and kill her children. Or that pigs LITERALLY CRY before being slaughtered despite not having tear ducts. Or that any farmer's favorite hobby is hitting newborn chicks with a hammer.

How they think that any normal farmer could stand to turn a profit this way boggles the mind. The ones used in these "documentaries" and held up as an "industry standard" are extreme edge cases, where certain farmsteads become so large that it doesn't matter if they lose hundreds of animals to heat stroke every summer because there are thousands more. Poor conditions--for workers or animals--is an issue with monopolies, not agriculture as a whole.

Here's hoping Chantal doesn't join some rabid PETA march--oh who am I kidding she's too lazy to even like them on facebook.

Yeah, veganism turns out to be pretty complicated once you sit down and think about the edge cases. On a very basic level I think it's fair enough for people not want to consume animal products and if they're not sanctimonious about it, whatever. But agreed when they start railing against specific practices in the industry it's mostly cherry-picking.

One commonly ignored issue is the humans that produce vegan food. Who picked that fruit? What were their working conditions? Yeah you aren't wearing leather, but what sweatshop did your synthetic version come from? Then environmental issues for things like palm oil, which, while not an animal product, directly contributes to the death of animals. Weird niche questions like whether oysters feel pain, whether honey can be acceptable, whether you should feed your dog vegan food. The rodents killed by huge machinery in agriculture, do they count?

Generally you have to add 'as much as practical or possible' to the definition to make veganism even remotely manageable. So idiots like Chantal acting like she's now a magical wonderful Savior of the Animals look especially dumb, because it's more complicated. (It's also ethically pretty interesting imo, and I definitely recommend more nuanced discussion videos on YouTube!)

Chantal’s version of veganism boils down to “whatever the skinny white girls on instagram are doing.” It’s all performance/cargo cult thinking for her, no real solid conviction behind it. She also seems like the kind of person who is easily swayed by the last thing she watched or read, so right now she’s fuming about the baby chicks in grinders footage...in a week the emotions will wear off, she’ll see an ad on the telly for Arby’s and a beef and cheddar will be all she can think about.

Considering we know she searched for the 9/11 victim’s death videos it makes it worse. I think she gets off on death and suffering in general. She lacks empathy, and probably finds it amusing. With how much she wants push other’s down it’s not exactly surprising. If she were a mobile person I’d be slightly concerned for the staff of Arby’s, if they get her order wrong she might go allahu snackbar on them.
Allahu snackbar !! ??? love it , well done ??

I grew up on a farm, my father was a cattle dealer, and honestly the lengths he went to to look after the herd was unbelievable, I was always raised to respect and care for any animal we had on the farm, if there was a sudden storm in the middle of the night me and my father would be out getting the cattle to safety, or the nights I spent sitting up all night bottle feeding a baby lamb that's mother had died. People like Chantal have absolutely no idea what their talking about, she'd better throw out her leather goods and anything made of wool or wax

Only 6:25 am here on the East coast & I'm wondering if Chantal is still Vegan.
I'm betting, no.

I saw some of the comments on her video before she disabled them, & the top one was 'here we go again.'
One said 'liar' & another 'stop this.'
Didn't have time to scroll through them all & of course she cut them off pretty quickly.
I thought comments didn't bother her anymore?

Look, Chantal lies. She is truly an awful person, inside & out & is a liar. No amount of Green Door slop changes this. On camera she'll eat kale, off camera, burgers/wings.
As soon as the camera shows zero weight loss, we'll be back to excuses why she has to eat more meat. The camera tells us everything. Not the scale. Not the meals she shows, the camera.
If she's eating less than 1000 calories a day, the weight will drop fast & we'll see it.

I'm a patient person. I can wait.
I predict a few binges & a 10 pound weight gain.
Man, April has been fun.

It's sticking out to me that she only cares about the cute baby animals being killed. I guess that's what she tells to herself, when she's stuffing down her beef and cheddars, that it wasn't a cute lil calf that died for her binge, it was just a boring ass adult cow.

Chantal is the proto-murder junkie. It's always basic, boring white women who are obsessed with trying to find pictures of gory crime scenes, or watching videos of suicides online. There is some validity to 'shock' images in film, (Night and Fog comes to mind) but she isn't watching this shit to understand the tragedy of it. She's just trying to get a cheap thrill off of another being suffering. It's really gross, and really telling about what kind of person she is.

Jabba followed about a dozen more IG accounts today - this time it's raw vegan and fruititarian. Could it be that going vegan just led her to binge all day and she's looking for another diet cure? Could it be that being vegan for 1.5 days inflated her ego so much that now she must be more restrictive with her diet? Could it be that she realized eating vegan was too easy and now has to be more strict so she has an easier excuse to fail?

My prediction is that she stops being vegan tomorrow at her uncle's Easter family dinner, and after pompously misinforming her family about the virtues of veganism. No way this fat bitch is going to eat "just the veggies". No way. I bet Bibi doesn't go either.

Chantal has a loser’s mentality. Life’s too short to constantly change your mind. Doers pick a path and stick with it till the end. Chantal keeps making a few steps and going back to the crossroad. She has tried every path imaginable but never for more than a few steps. How can you hope to succeed when you never start the journey?

So what values exactly does she share with Bibi again? It ain't the cultural/religious background, it's not veganism/eating habits, it certainly is not any hobbies/activities, not even going to the movies or going out to eat, not even for family functions at this point... Hmmm..? He wants 5 Kids, Chantal is barren/ wants 0 Kids.
This "relationship" makes Amber's relationship with Necky look loving and dearing in comparison, and that is saying something. I wonder how many more months/ years Chantal can keep this charade up, probably till the point where there is a little black toddler (from the sister-wife) crawling next to Shammm on the dirty carpet. " See guys that grape fast/medical medium/veganism healed my cysts and got me pregnant right away, take that haydurs!"

Amberlynn is annoying and lies too but she does not seem like the type that would lose weight

I mean you could've just stopped here and it would have been accurate.

Anal spasms? Goddddd, she's so fucking disgusting! I just can't.

I'm torn between asking you to elaborate and deciding that I'd rather not know.

I chuckled when I saw the new video's title, our gorl never fails to deliver.

I've been casually reading and wondering what precisely is wrong with this woman. There's definitely something wrong on the level of identity and sense of self, she has no idea who she is. Identity issues point towards a problem with personality organization rather than simply a mood disorder (e.g. bipolar). A diffuse identity is associated with borderline PD, although not exclusively. People with BPD completely identify with their present state of mind and can't gain any distance from it. They also lack the capacity to regulate their emotions properly and as a result their lives are made up of a series of impulsive, self-indulgent decisions who aren't connected to an overarching goal or narrative. Their very being itself is atemporal; they are only who they are in the present moment, they don't learn from the past and can't project themselves in the future. I don't think hers is a case severe enough to get the diagnosis, we'd see a lot more interpersonal turmoil and explosive anger, but I'm thinking she sits just on the outer edge of meeting criteria.

Newbie and recent lurker here. Hope I got this quoting stuff right.

I take issue how Chantal describes the agriculture community. Farmers feed cities. And there are a whole lot of farmers surrounding Ottawa. So good job Chantal for insulting them with your uneducated diatribe.

I was also raised on a farm. As a kid, some mornings I'd wake up to a newborn calf in the kitchen because most times the mother rejected the calf. Most farmers pride themselves on the health of their livestock and their reputation. Hate to break it to you, Chantal, it would be very counterproductive for a farmer to physically abuse their livelihood.
