If the lolcow I was sued four separate times by for defamation had been able to hire someone of the integrity and force of Ty Beard, I would have been peeing my pants and coming to him for a settlement long before this point in the game. Even though all I did was exercise my free speech. I wouldn't have wasted a penny of my money fighting it and sucked up my pride and just deleted my articles. The end. Financial ruination isn't worth it.

  1. Vic and Monica are at a convention together.
  2. Vic asks Monica for a jelly bean.
  3. Monica signs it first, then throws him the bean as a sort-of banter joke since that's what they do at conventions, they sign things.
  4. Vic eats the bean and goes 'Hey, now I can say I ate Monica Rial'.

This is one of things the investigation found out. Vic can proudly say he was fired for eating a jelly bean.

And i agree with you. Sjws fucking are slowly pitting humans against each other. How much longer before society as a whole gets weary of everyone. Who is to say your friends or co-workers won't turn against you when you see situations like Vic ?

But you know what is the worst thing about all of this ? Not everyone is as lucky as a Vic. One can only wish for the accusers to be as dumb as ronald soye or monica etc. They would have literally gotten away with this shit if they only played their move smart and that doesn't sit right with me. It gives me chills.

What if funi and monica, ron, jamie etc weren't so dumb ? Vic's situation in a way was too lucky. The accusers were not only dumb but they were the best kind of dumb you could wish for....on the other hand not everyone is as lucky as Vic.

Vic probably would have sadly ended up dead through this trial by twitter if it weren't for the party accusing him of bullshit over bullshit to be dumber than Jim Carrey in "Dumb and Dumber". And the history would have remembered him as a VA who was a sexual predator meanwhile Monica and bitches profit over an Innocent Man's life.

Vic and Ty need to go all out because it gives "HOPE" to other people that might be weary of being put into false situations by these sjws that can fight back but even more important also puts "FEAR" into sjws that if you fuck with someone's life you better be ready to get hung.

It doesn’t look like the few examples of a court filing that they have seen. It’s not a long winded puff piece detailing a dark and sinister narrative that reads like a bad paperback novel. So clearly it is a bad filing. Full of holes, inaccuracies and omissions. It’s also likely that they have never read a filing past the first two paragraphs in the past.

Exactly. Like they said themselves, testimony is evidence. That means that Vic’s testimony is evidence. So, he can say “I didn’t prove that to Monica” or “that didn’t happen the way Monica said it happened”, and then the defense would have to prove that it happened. “Defense by truth”, or at least substantially, which they also can’t prove.
