I think what drives them to hate the MtF and the LibFems to love them is the same idea just to different degrees which make them play out differently. Both groups hate (or more likely scared of) men/masculinity/maleness.
When a man throws away his masculinity the LibFems fall over themselves to declare him stunning and brave and they no longer feel threatened by him. The hate in the RadFems is much deeper and no amount of dresses and affectations will make it go away, but they're both fueled by the same thing , thats just my opinion I've come to notice about the two.

If it wasn't for the fact that the account is four years old I'd 100% agree it's a troll. I have seen obvious made up posts of the worst imagined male behaviour in r/GenderCritical many times oddly, like they're trying to redpill themselves or further stoke up their insanity.
Also r/GCers will believe anything if it's anti men, the hardcore members seem to be autistic shut ins with little to no experience with the opposite sex.

TERFs have an issue in that they have two strong and distinct biases. They are in favor of rights for biological women, and they more or less hate men. These two beliefs collide into a kind of nuclear autism which causes them to say stuff that alienates most people.

If someone wanted to wake a person up to the Tranny Question, especially if they had a really fucked up interaction with one, you can just show them other instances of the fucked up shit trannies do. It's not like there's a shortage, let their behavior speak for itself.

I think the fight against the troons really needs to be taken out of the hands of the TERFs, who everyone hates, and left to ordinary non autist people. Mumsnet in the UK is a good example of reaching ordinary people who don't support this shit.

I don't think it would to be honest. People will do anything they can to defend their position. They'd probably say a certain predator whose name rhymes with Yessica Janiv is misunderstood, or never hurt anyone, or that it has nothing to do with his gender. Also, I don't understand this concept that when you're trans you don't have to change yourself to fit that. The people I know who truly have dysphoria don't want to look like their old selves. They do what it takes to transition because they hate looking like their biological sex. My MTF friend is looking into laser hair removal. A FTM friend of mine takes T every day and doesn't like looking at pics of himself pre-transition. If you're not trying to transition, you're not trans. This is why we need gatekeeping.
