So I've been checking out some DSP detractors and can someone fill me in on why LSB is popular? He seems really cringe trying very hard to be Tevin and constantly showing his power level. Beanerology is also his mod which is beyond funny if you know Beanerology's drama that involves Ralph.
Who actually is somewhat original any fun to follow? I need more deep deep lore.
If you want an unadulterated experience, the best is Dark Dave's Mirror, which is basically automated to go live whenever DSP does. Chat doesn't scroll by stupidly fast, there's no TTS memes or attention whoring, nobody gets baited to go into Dave's stream and troll/bait cheer/tip to try and get senpai's attention (because there's no host, essentially), and generally actual conversations happen when it comes to DSP speculation/lore. Unfortunately, the stream ends up dead when LSB/Tevin are streaming because herd mentality like everything else in the world.
Tevin used to be tolerable, but he's basically turned into a shekel chaser with what he chooses to restream and the way he runs it. What irritates me the most is how he's basically shadowing DSP at this point with how he looks at his chat: he barely reads or responds to anything unless there's money attached to it and robot lady reads it for him, and he has at least one of his own whales in Turkey Burger who throws an astounding amount of cuck buxx his way pretty frequently. Toss on the fact that he's basically impossible to get a hold of (wanted to do graphic shit for his restream since I'm always looking for a reason to dick around in photoshop) and has a discord that basically operates on an invite-only basis and it can be frustrating.
LSB ain't to that point yet and actually responds to his chat. but he speaks before he thinks a lot of times. He'll speak a lot on things he doesn't know about, and usually he'll correct himself if given an opportunity to, but it can be kind of irritating when he does it. I think it'd suit him better to try and make his content different from what Tevin does, but it's his stream and he's gonna do what he wants.
Both restreamers also erroneously perpetuate the idea that Dave has any sort of non-ironic viewership when it's obviously not the case if either one would take the time to dissect DSP's stream and chat and realize that 90% of his viewership is there to watch the minstrel show (this is an issue prevalent amongst all detractor content creators), but neither of them will budge on this as I think it increases their viewership because that misinformation is spread so heavily. Either way, if you want a "cleaner" experience, Dark Dave's Mirror is the place to watch.
