*facepalms* Oh goddamnedit, Chris.

This is definitely not how I'd hoped he'd end his year. God, he's frustrating. Yeah, he's a selfish prick, but I didn't want to see him go to jail. >_<
I possess my own negative views on prisons, but I digress. Why don't you want to see Chris in jail? Considering the quantity of crimes Chris has committed over the years and his dysfunctional behaviour in society, why would it be surprising that he has now reached a point where he may be sentenced to imprisonment?

This is rather shocking, is it possible that Chris may be sentenced to prison for a long length of time or possibly a life sentence depending on what crime he's committed? I'm asking this because as of right now I don't know what crime Chris has committed and to what extent the consequences may be. Therefore, I'd like to some information of the possibilities.

There are dozens of pages of posts about the possible outcomes in the other thread.

You know, I absolutely want to see Chris go to jail. For the same reason I would want anyone who commits violent crimes and can't be reasoned with to go to jail. It's the only possible way he'll learn not to assault people.

try as I might I can't stop picturing barb showing up at the police station like arnold in the first terminator movie.

More likely it would consist of attempting to flirt with a desk sergeant, much as she tried with the guys at Rainbow.

EDIT to avoid multiposting:
Maybe he'll learn something from this?

No chance in hell. All he learned from Snydergate was to blame Snyder for everything. For being jailed this time he'll either blame Sega or go on blaming Snyder.

A life sentence for this?

I'll take common sense for $100.00

I'm really surprised the jail gave out that information so freely, especially when the caller was obviously masking their voice. I guess our highfalutin' city-folk expectations of privacy don't mean much in bumfuck Virginia.

Does anyone know exactly what video court entails?

If getting arrested and being incarcerated three years ago did not teach Chris anything, I don't know what will. Still, I will always claim that an incident like this shows he really really needs some sort of professional help. This incident showed that he is spiriling out of control and doing unhealthy public behaviors. He is lucky that when he sprayed that mace that neither of the kids who were at the counter were close by or any other unlucky bystander. I am not excusing what he did but other could have been hurt over something as dumb as blue colored arms.
