If he contiues to get bailed from every single thing he does he will never learn, he needs to learn that his actions have concequences, sure jail sucks but it could be a postive experience for him. at most he is getting 1-5 years and once he is out im sure he will stop doing retarded things because he will learn that mommy or other people arent going to bail him out forever.
I am not trying to be mean or anything but if this continues he will fall in an endless cycle of stupidity until he finally gets killed by his own actions, who knows? maybe post-jail Chriss will finally act like a grown up man!

I watch a lot of prison TV. A lot of jails have a big open room with a bunch of beds out in the open. Its a lot more loose than prison. Some have cells and celmates but most people are scrambling around talking to lawyers and family and what not. A private cell is unlikely, but given his trans status he might actually be able to obtain one. I don't know if he'll be treated lighter cause he's ridiculous or worse cause he's an assailant.
Felonies can be dropped down to misdemeanors based on the nature of the crime. I got a class a felony dropped to a misdemeanor before when I was 17.

Yep. Assuming he doesn't become a total recluse after this, we'll no doubt see "jail time" added to the long list of hardships he uses when he tries to get pity-sex.
Male. He hasn't talked to his doctor about the transition and he's been half-arsed at best about living as a woman. Not to mention the recently-revealed material that indicates he can't keep his hands to himself around da ladies.
Jail is supposed to suck, that's the whole point of it. Chris is not some innocent victim, he committed a crime and he knew that he could be arrested for it, because he's got in trouble for similar behaviour before.
As for posting bail, what would be the point? Chris has an uncanny knack for avoiding serious trouble, and rather than think, "Phew! That was a narrow escape, better be more careful in future," he just thinks, "Hmm, yeah," and goes on as usual. Bob paid off his credit cards, Snyder was merciful when Charb hit him with the van, asspatters paid off his debt to eBay, this forum put a care package together after the fire and many, many other people have been far more patient with him than he deserved. After all that, what we have is a manchild in the chokey after being arrested for, yet again, being an entitled idiot. If we get him out of this, he'll just get arrested again down the line. It's about time he learnt what he should have been taught three decades ago - no means no.

1. Chris will be unintentionally fasting if he refuses to eat Prison food this time. Since it will be a full day before he is able to be bailed out.
2. SSI will be suspended for the time he is in prison, if any, or if he spends time at any facility under the authority of the department of corrections such as a halfway house. If he spends more than a year in prison or another facility, he will have to reapply, and it would likely be the end of the Tugboat.
I just hope this maybe is the time that he learns something, and that seems to be common sentiment. Most people have that act out, get in trouble with the police, learn from your mistake moment in their life. Maybe a sterner punishment will help Chris in learning from his mistakes.

I doubt that will happen here, its Chris's second time before a judge, this crime is much more serious than the 28th October incident and more importantly Chris doesn't have anyone calling for leniency. Synder purposefully dialed back the charges because he felt sorry for Chris, the state of Virginia is not going to be as merciful
As for Chris in jail, I've got to admit I think it could actually end well for Chris. He has demonstrated he is capable of learning from his mistakes, you've just got to force him to do it, give him absolutely no option but to learn the lesson. Like the clit piercing, he was told to take it out, but then he tried it again with a new piercing because none of the people who told him to take it out said it WOULDN'T work with a new piercing, so he thought he'd found a loophole.
Jail doesn't do loopholes, so hopefully Chris will learn that tard raging in public and assaulting people isn't acceptable because you don't like blue arms

Based on the leaked video, the incident happened on Friday so Chris has probably been in jail since then. I'd imagine that if Rocky were going to bail him out again, she would have done so by now. Besides, naive though she may be, I'm certain that even Rocky has her limits and Chris hasn't exactly shown any real appreciation or gratitude for her charity to him in the past.
Anyway, it looks like he's in there at least until his hearing tomorrow.

At minimum I can not see the outcome not having him see long-term psychiatric help if not outright committing to some kind of assisted living facility. Purely because he sprayed harmful chemicals possibly twice (spray paint on the sign = aresol at minimum released in a public area around people, and then the mace/pepper spray with clear intent to harm another) with the motivation to vandalize over a matter of a cartoon character's arms being a different color.
But what gets me is the "can't we let bygones be bygones?" comment. The fact he's doing the same kind of shit that he did last time makes it seem like he doesn't understand WHY he was banned in the first place.

If you want to waste your money that's entirely up to you, but I've got better things to spend mine on. Chris... is incredibly thick and ignorant. And he's been incredibly lucky about this sort of shit in the past. Thing is, he's never going to learn proper behaviour without some sort of punishment.
Also, bear in mind that this wasn't tard raging about Sanic' arms being the wrong color, or vandalizing a store display; he intentionally maced another person, a person who wasn't threatening him! That's assault, and it is pretty serious.
So no, I have no sympathy for Chris here.

Is it possible that if these charges stick and it does lead to actual jail sentence or nuthouse time, will that effect his Tugboat status any? Since the taxpayers will already be paying for his room & board via the penal system, would he get docked or cut off completely by the SSA?
