He is a terf now. ? Turns out he was just in the closet.

Getting pages of downvotes can feel overly personal. And as @Barabbas said, he's upset over TERFs brigading another board that he's on that has nothing to do with that.

That said, when you start pointing fingers at specific users where all users can see, that points the finger back at you in a way that's not flattering.

It's what Null said in the rules, quit taking everything to a personal level and behave like an adult.

Did anyone else have a really feminine phase? for the last couple of years I've been dressing up as a girl and wearing skirts and shit. I look pretty as fuck and I like looking good but it still feels like this isn't me. I want to start wearing more masculine clothes but I feel mad embarrassed about it even though I'm much more comfortable. I also hate looking androgynous, I'd rather look fully male. I'm just wondering if anyone else liked looking good as a girl?

This shit is so dumb. Just... just wear what you like. Why do they affix "gender" to everything? I'm not just being rhetorical, if somebody can clue me in by all means please do.

A shame it hasn't been updated in a while. There are so many repulsively hilarious examples of troons doing troons shit on that blog, plus your occasional cringeworthy couple looking for a threesome.

Check out her other post too. This person is a textbook example of "confused youngster thinks she's trans because of stupid reasons" https://old.reddit.com/r/asktransge...dont_know_if_im_a_dude_or_not_and_its_really/

Without PLing, I have this on good authority:
It's because when you're a girl/woman/female doing things, people will always see you as a (female) sports player or (female) doctor or (female) student. They also see males as (male) everything, because all it takes is a pair of eyes to distinguish sex and that's an unavoidable part of how people perceive you, but when sexism is an undertone in your community or community's history you start to feel weird about being (female) everything when it's not really a bad thing.

It starts to feel shameful to be a "girly girl" because you feel like you're seen as "vapid and fake" (and you don't like the male attention if you're a closeted lesbian)...but it's as bad or worse to be a "tomboy" or an "androgyne" because you're not behaving in a way that's expected for women. Again--that's a neutral statement. Just because something is unexpected doesn't mean it's bad. But, when you're on the receiving end, it feels unpleasant because you seemingly have nowhere to go and nobody to be.

So, when you've drunk the kool-aid, an extension of that discomfort comes in the form of wishing you looked "fully male" so people would leave you alone about liking masculine clothes (and "yas queen" praise you for liking makeup).

I really...don't like what society is pushing on younger women these days. Like why on earth do you feel like you've caught a chronic case of the internalized homophobia? And then she either wants to be an Instagram model OR a straight man

Let's cut to the chase: she has a problem with the unrealistic beauty standards pushed via social media. Good. Be whoever you want to be and own it, don't try to become a man or let Dr. Crane reroute your colon into your mouth, that's not fucking helping anything.

At what point did it become shameful to be a tomboy again?
I don't think it ever left. "Lesbian" has always been an insult among straight women. Guys get it too for "acting gay". It's like middle school but grown up because while everyone says they don't care what everyone thinks it still sucks to hear.

Ironically, this is something that real feminism--not the horseshit that's paraded around on Twitter/Tumblr--could help her with. Yes, the standards for beauty on advertising are unrealistic and dumb. Be yourself, not what other people are telling you to be.

Not to PL but--girls can feel disconnected and uncomfortable with their bodies without any trans-related stuff associated with it. Sometimes you hate the size of your boobs or hips and you don't want to sit there and feel it because you feel too fat/too thin/weird and out of it. It's a normal girl thing that happens due to our social perceptions of how to look.

Everything else mentioned was just regular dyed in wool tomboy shit. There's nothing wrong with being a girl that likes boy stuff. Sometimes, guys love it when their girlfriend or wife gets real big into the stuff they're into because it means having someone to talk to about the stuff they like. Writing off normal tomboy behavior as indications of being trans is moronic and sexist as all hell because it assumes that women aren't allowed to be un-girly without wanting to chop their boobs off.

I, too, own multiple outfits!

I do feel like trans men who enjoy wearing highly feminine clothing on a regular basis are likely to be trenders.

If she continues to stay in the reddit troon crab bucket she will def. destroy her body with testosterone overdoses. Then she will screech that she wants to look like before.
