Right now, Chris is on the Shit List of

-- Gamestop
-- At least one Gamestop employee
-- Management of The Fashion Square Mall
-- Management of Sears
-- Management of JC Penneys
-- that guy who's car Chris tried to carjack in the parking lot

(To think that he did all of this within the span of one single hour. DAYM!)

Now, the odds of all six entities not pressing charges are going to be pretty dang unlikely. Even his "Autism Card" isn't going to block Society's "Thrown Book of The Law" card.

Barb could very well die while Chris is serving his sentence. Something like that would undo whatever little progress he might make in jail.

It wouldn't be her age or health that killed her. It'd be Chris' unfathomable selfishness. May GodBear have mercy on his soul!

The fact that the caller to the jail got the, "let me guess, Chandler," response to his wanting to ask about an as yet unnamed resident of the jail tells me it's been 48 uninterrupted hours of batshit insane outbursts by OPL. I'm sure the autistic fueled 'protest' in the cell is unyielding and completely incoherent unless there's someone on staff who has the free time to browse the CWC-ki to translate the gibberish streaming from the oddly dressed guy in cell number whatever for the rest of their coworkers.

I'm predicting three years of probation, court ordered anger management evaluations and let's say 90 days in jail with credit for the weekend he's already in for plus whatever he doesn't bail out of leading up to his trial where he'll be forced by his public defender to enter a plea. If he doesn't shut up and listen to his defense counsel like Patti used to for his orders, he might get the book thrown at him just because of the contempt for court he'll pop off about.

What really has me curious is whether or not he was wearing his patented Dong-Shamer 5000 to conceal his ugly buldge when he got arrested. The intake officers probably had a really weird day when he got brought in.

The prisoner's belongings are:
- one pair of glasses, branded my little pony
- one can of pepper spray, used
- one.... um.... well....

A particularly busy day for him, which in it's own way is a new one for Chris.

This is rather shocking, is it possible that Chris may be sentenced to prison for a long length of time or possibly a life sentence depending on what crime he's committed? I'm asking this because as of right now I don't know what crime Chris has committed and to what extent the consequences may be. Therefore, I'd like to some information of the possibilities.

If it was his first time I would guess probation and a fine but given he has prior convictions it's tough to say especially when the convictions were pretty much of the same nature which will not look good to a judge.

Wait a sec, Chris tried to carjack somebody??

When the Police Scanner audio was released, this was one of the highlights noted:

"-- Chris knocked on some MALE's car window in the Fashion Square parking lot. Said male promptly called the police."

Now, why else would Chris be doing that unless he was wanting to take the guy's car and try to slip away from the cops in a different car? The last time he was running from Jerkops (when he was caught sticking anti-Snyder cards all over the mall) he drove off in a different car than SONICHU and felt that he fooled the cops who were looking for his old car.

I wonder as well if Rocky will come to the rescue again. I would be shocked if she actually helped out again given how he outright criticized her effectiveness as a counselor (i.e. fixing his problems for him without any effort on his part) in that letter and then proceeded to request she distribute the same letter to other members of the congregation. To add insult to injury I believe this was after she helped bail them out but I could be wrong. Fool her one shame on him, fool her twice shame on her.
It certainly wouldn't be very Christian of her if she didn't help again.

Not that not helping Chris would represent the nadir of her career as a life guide. That's amply covered elsewhere.

Did Chris really try to carjack someone? Optimistic, maybe he was trying to pull the "I'm a female, these males have to defend me now" card.

No. This is just a mis-heard line from the radio stream from the last thread. Having listened to the entire thing, I can confirm with almost total certainty that Chris was never even seen in the parking lot by the police, and there was no complaint. He caused trouble at GameStop and may have caused trouble at Sears (I interpret the radio call as possibly meaning that Chris entered through Sears and went to cause trouble at GameStop before leaving the mall via one of the common entrances).

I spend a day and a half, give or take, updating my computer and come back to this. My, oh my. *sigh*

Part of me wonders if Chris going to try to contact Sega again, stating, "See? See what Sonic's blue arms did? If you had just recalled everything and changed their color back, I wouldn't have had to march into a game store and paint a Sonic Boom display to my liking, and I wouldn't have had to to defend myself from a male jerk who called the jerkops on me for being an autistic transgender lesbian! It's your fault I'm in jail, Sega!"

...which makes me wonder if he'll start to think Sega should be the one to bail him out and pay his court fees.

Regardless, it's my fondest wish that somehow this will all result in him getting the professional help he desperately needs. It's... really a little bit painful to watch someone be so mentally unwell and dysfunctional and not be able to do anything about it.

And as long as I'm dreaming, I'd like a trip to the Bahamas.

maybe he was trying to convert him to the gang against the blues arms

I can't wait to read the wiki recap of this whole thing. I'm seeing something about Sears and car jacking now?

If watching years worth of Cops and Inside American Jail have taught me anything, it's that when you get arrested and your pending charges determine you must see a judge to determine your bail status, you might get lucky and see a judge in a few hours (like on Night Court), but you might also have to wait several days if the arraignment court isn't open, as I assume is the case here. Just Chris's damn luck to snap on a holiday right before a weekend when nobody is working.
