HOPEFULLY, this will be the impetus for CWC to finally get the mental help he needs. He clearly skipped or shrugged off the mandatory counseling he was supposed to attend after the Gameplace incident.1
Crap, what if he ends up getting the same evaluator from before? Something like...?

Evaluator: You're back.
CWC: Hmmph.
Evaluator: Why are you back?
CWC: [something something jerkops and SEGA]
Evaluator: [writes "a proven danger to himself and those around him, I'm so sorry"]

I kinda had a feeling that this whole Sonic blue arms tardfest was going to get Chris into trouble somehow but I didn't think that he would go to jail for it.

I am wondering what the next steps will be but honestly I think he is just going to get some misdemeanors and possibly put back on probation with community service. I will be surprised if he spending jail/prison time over this.

You know... I wonder what Chris would do if a certain 'Colin' would bail him out here.
I know it's never gonna happen and is most likely impossible to happen, but let's just humor the thought, shall we?

I bet he'd still be pissed about Colin and make him a villain of some sort, but he'd look like even more of a bloke for doing so.

Transfatty is going to go his court meeting, then he's going to go to the counselor for psychotherapy. Predictably, it's not going to do shit because change is intenalized and he never wants to change. Transfatty is somehow going to blame the trolls for setting him up, and he'll hate the GameStop for being mean and cruel to gay, autistic trannies. His medallion business will crash, with his only source of income crashing with it.

Then he's going to hate the world more. His autism will become go nuclear when he sees another blue armed Sanic, engulfing all off 14 Branchland Court in a mushroom cloud of blue armed fury.

And then life goes on. We will ruminate briefly on how much of a waste of life he was, and then we will milk other Lolcows like Pixyteri and Homer for nutrition.

My head knows he'll want to go to women's prison. He will ask to go to women's prison. But my heart wants this to be a big ol' movement to put him in the prison he feels comfortable in, I want a CNN article and a few of my Facebook friends to comment, "THIS IS WRONG! SHE SHOULDNT HAVE TO BE IN A MENS PRISON."

And I'll be there, with one of his homophobic videos from 2008.
Hmmmm, yes I think
will do just fine.

Is it bad that I sincerely hope that some Ween tries to get himself arrested in Ruckersville to troll Chris inside prison?

Nah. Bonus laughs under lucricities if the ween gets to another prison, or Chris is in another cell block, or they just end up with a huge fine and 200 hours community service instead of jail.

Or, like, most weens, he'd go in with his epic Julaaay quip prepared and then forget it all the moment he sees Chris.

It wouldn't prove anything about Chris. To an outside observer, a video from 2008 means nothing; I know I'd hate to be judged as a person now based on my Internet presence in 2008, and everyone would just treat it as "old times", meaning nothing now. You'd have to show the latest evidence that proves Chris knows nothing about transgenderism - his inability to keep a consistent preferred pronoun, or even a consistent name for what he is gender-wise.

If the mace results in a felony charge, he's toast. There's a mandatory minimum 5 years for that.

A lot of it hinges on the felony charge.

Marvin used to say that Chris was afraid of cops and kept out of trouble following the October 2011 incident, IIRC. Apparently, Chris has been getting more bold (and more banned) quite frequently recently. From the vandalism of the HEX BAWX ONE display, to the recent Thanksgiving Target ban Thetan mentioned (I'm guessing it was sanic boom related), to this incident. I'm pretty sure this blue arm crap is a significant motivator.

Chris will have no defense if they charge him with a felony, and at that point his only hope will be to get a plea deal.

If Chris also gets a court appointed attorney, he might have more than a few outbursts like "Yes, but I don't think that THIEVING LIAR deserves a red cent!" I don't think the court appointed attorney will have as much control over him as Rob Bell.

This!

The rest of Chris's life hinges on wether they press a felony charge on him for assault or they just give him a misdemeanour.

If he gets hit with a felony charge he will go to hail and he will lose his tugboat. Both will fuck him up for the rest of his shitty life.
