If Chris gets a sentence that involves jail time, it's going to sink the tugboat. Without the tugboat, Barb can't afford 14BC 2.0. This has the potential in 14BC being foreclosed upon if Barb doesn't get it on the market and sold in a timely manner.

The reason being there's almost no difference between them and a guilty plea. The main place you see a difference is in related civil litigation: the conviction doesn't have the same preclusive effect on the merits of the case. There might be some argument that you've not admitted to being guilty... but honestly people make that same bullshit argument even with guilty pleas. So there's really no reason for anybody to even propose an Alford plea, or nolo, or similar unless there's a threat of civil litigation stemming from the case.

Does the jail he's now in force their inmates to change clothes or is he going to keep his regular ones?

The scarier part is that, regardless of the jail, they make you squat and cough. They want to make sure you're not bringing in any contraband. Anyway in observation of one of our global rules I will not elaborate further.

My head knows he'll want to go to women's prison. He will ask to go to women's prison. But my heart wants this to be a big ol' movement to put him in the prison he feels comfortable in, I want a CNN article and a few of my Facebook friends to comment, "THIS IS WRONG! CWC just keeps getting into hairier situations, each time coming out a more bitter man, but ultimately unscathed. He got out of a lawsuit and hit&run, a house fire, multiple bannings and arrests. It's like every time he gets struck by lightning and survives he wants to try it again with a bigger lightning rod. If he gets out of this, if his life isn't completely, irredeemably screwed over like some have said, then I'm probably converting over to some religion because there is a god and he's CWC's biggest troll.

Can people please stop hoping Chris get's the lighter end of the sentencing stick?

Chris has assaulted some one, with a weapon this wasn't a panicked reaction this was a cool, calm an calculated action he did without compunction. While he did it for retarded reasons no one apart from himself will ever fully comprehend and he is a source of endless bafflement to us we are getting to far from the core issue here;

And it's not the first time he has intended harm to others, he ran over a shop owner (it wasn't tard panic, Chris just wanted to harm some one an felt fully justified in doing it) he has threatened enemy's both real an imagined and believes he is the only victim of note for what ever perceived miss deed his victims have done to him. Chris is a coward (thankfully) but he is a coward with a weapon, and that makes him bold as evidenced in his spraying a store employee who just happened to be in his general vicinity when he was being told to get out of a shop an then ordered said employee to "Don't call anyone" he was bold because he believed he had the means to cause harm to any one in his way an that he could escape.

He has been inordinately lucky so far, an it's damned well time that luck ran out. He is a menace not just to himself but to others, he is a repeat offender and he needs to face the consequences because he has hardly ever had any real repocutions from any of his stupid and very callous actions an attitude.
