Does anyone have a repo / collection of old flash tubs? I was looking for the PSA rap the other day, and it's not on YT anymore. A lot of older flash tubs were removed from yt in fact. I'm pretty salty about it

Who knows. They should still be available on the website, or at least on the internet archive, but old SA content has been made such a mess of that you'd be lucky if you could get any of it working. At the very least, on the live website he completely fucking broke all the addresses for old content so nothing loads because it's not actually pointing at files.

Red was heavily influenced by Bone, by Jeff Smith. It was more prominent in his RedPanels webcomic, but he started using more humanoid heads and faces for Stonetoss.

See, Lowtax in all his infinite wisdom decided to take all of the old content and have it redirect to "old-www.somethingawful.com" which doesn't exist in any capacity. This, of course, will do loads to attract people to the site and gain revenue, as they browse.... nothing. Just shitty articles and half-working photoshop galleries.

Is it just me, or does the old man in the green shirt in this recent GTA5 RP video sound exactly like Shmorky? He first shows up around 50 minutes in, and is in most of the rest of the video; his voice never changes from the Shmorky voice. Is our beloved pervert a gamer/streamer these days?

It's hard to say, but this does have some resemblance in speech pattern as well. On the other hand, everyone is using pretty good voice mods, and talking over each other. Do you know if they have their own channel, or the name of the RP group this is from? Edit to add, a name more specific than NoPixel, I mean

Unless shmorky is even better at catfishing than we give him credit for, no. the person who plays the character (mel) is spaceboy on twitch. they've also been on twitter since 2012 and have posted selfies before and.. that is definitely not our klurfboy. kinda weird choice for a voice for an older man character, but definitely not him.

I have an objectively easier time believing that somebody accidentally or deliberately came up with a voice that kind of sounds like Schmorky, than believing that ol' Yarn Head was capable of putting themselves front-and-center in a personalized stream and collaborating with other human beings.

Well, it was worth asking. The similarity to Shmorky's voice makes Mel the best part of these streams. It's almost haunting how identical they sound. How'd you figure out the name of the player behind him?
 
I can't believe I actually read the whole thing. 340 pages of crinkles. I'm glad Mandy was here to keep things interesting after the well started to dry up mid-thread.

Like a lot of you I actually enjoyed Shmorky's animation years ago before SA became another SJW hive, so this thread was a major eye-opener. I knew about the Klurf shit and his ascent to SJW community stardom, but I never suspected he was into scat and pedo shit. I'm glad his Patreon dollars have cratered, and more and more of his former pedo apologist supporters are getting over the sting of buyer's remorse and pulling out. If he never shows his face online again it'll be too soon.

It's too bad, I really liked some of his animations, but now I'll never be able to watch them again without his mutant face appearing in my mind's eye.
