This inspired me to look up if people with ADHD can have issues with sensory overload. According to this article, it can overlap when co-morbid with Sensory Processing Disorder. SPD doesn't seem to be a symptom of ADHD, but it is possible for people with ADHD to have it.

TL;DR: For once, Toye isn't entirely wrong, but since he (possibly) has co-morbid ADHD and SPD, he'd be more accurate if he attributed his sensory overload to SPD. Or, you know, he doesn't have ADHD and has autism instead. Either one works.
