Honestly, the list is so fucking long. I'd say to stick to the big players and leave all the irrelevant cow shit behind where it belongs. The thing we really have to ask ourselves is this: will a lawsuit really stop them? even after the suit was filed, many kept defaming. is a judge telling them to knock that shit off going to stop it? I honestly doubt it.....

Well then it's a stupid argument or defence. Twitter does not follow the same laws as a state because Twitter is NOT a state in Texas. They conform to their own terms and conditions enforced by people who are clearly biased in their judgement.
Saying "it's fine because twitter didn't ban me" is like saying "he needs to go to jail because X amount more people agreed with my statement X on social media than they did to his statement".
I can only imagine if that becomes a thing.
Post a tweet that Scarlett Johansson needs to let you nut in her and when you get 60k likes, she has to do it because it's a thing

Use to have sympathy for her. During the whole fiasco with the jewario(or whatever his name is spelled), I felt bad for her having to come to grips that a good friend of hers was a groomer/predator. I can imagine it really messed her up in a way that would no longer make her the same person. With that said though, she would not be the first person that a major unfortunate life changing thing happened to, but that does not give her a license to be a total cunt to ruin others life in your own projection. This whole affair with Marzgurl has been disappointing to watch unfold. I felt bad for her after the JewWario thing dropped. No excuses for her behavior of course, but I'll bet she's acting like this because she feels guilty for being an unwitting friend to an actual rapist. Now she thinks she needs to be some kind of watchdog superhero. Shit sucks.
