I can't dunk too hard on that guy since he seems legitimately messed up somehow, but I gotta say, he isn't fucking around here:

That's pretty impressive to be honest.

Those are real high heels- stilettos- those have got to be at the very least like 3" if not more. This motherfucker has some balance.

I can't count on all my fingers and toes how many girls I know that can jump and sprint in 3" heels without breaking an ankle so maybe I'm jaded but call me when a trans woman can even stand in 6" wedges.

Out of sheer, morbid curiosity, has anyone ever said how does it feel like sticking your cock without a condom in one of those neovaginas? I mean it must feel different right?

Used to have a buddy who was into that. Said they dried up like the desert even with lube, were overly tight, with some he could feel the labia and it was stiff, and the angle was unnatural and uncomfortable. Said that the difference was extremely obvious. Still fucked them for some reason. I guess fetishes go both ways.

Yeah, and furry fandom isn't about sex.

Because he said his stink ditch is a bleeding mess and he didn't dilate. Dick in man-hole is either impossible for him or a nasty experience. Who would have thought that flaying your genitals is a bad idea.

Sauce?
This would be pretty funny if it becomes the norm.

This is a pretty good summary of the research that has been done.

the tl;dr is that people with autism have less estrogen receptors in their brains along with less aromatase, which converts testosterone to estrogen. They end up having less overall estrogen and it doesn't even work as well. So autistic troons don't have the ladybrains, it's the complete opposite.

The most plausible explanation I've seen for why this happens is prenatal exposure to endocrine disruptors like BPA, which could potentially downregulate estrogen receptors in the brain.

In addition to autism, this also contributes to schizophrenia. There has been a small clinical trial done where they gave raloxifene to men with schizophrenia and it reduced their psychotic symptoms. Raloxifene is basically a selective estrogen receptor modulator that affects some receptors (like the ones in the brain and in the bones) but not others (like the ones in breast tissue) so it allows you to use estrogen without causing feminizing effects. You could get the same effects with actual estrogen but non-troons are obviously not interested in growing boobs. No trials have been done on giving raloxifene to autistic kids yet but I assume it would reduce their autism symptoms, so it's probably going to be done at some point.

Because of the high number of co-morbid mental disorders among troons I am sure quite a few of them are seeing benefits from estrogen because it's reducing psych symptoms, not because it's validating their gender identity or whatever.

I've heard that estrogen can treat dysphoria directly--as in, no need to wait weeks or months for muh validation, or for actual feminization. If someone actually has dysphoria, and they take estrogen, they might start to feel better within hours. I remember coming across some Tumblr post like "I felt obsessively suicidal all afternoon and I couldn't figure out why, but then I realized I hadn't taken my estrogen that day! Silly me!" There's definitely a connection with schizophrenia too. First line treatment of schizophrenia is antipsychotics, which are notorious for their feminizing effects. Schizophrenia is also usually less severe in women, and women are less likely to get it in the first place. Makes sense that estrogen is what makes the difference.

basically why turn someone into a zombie with antipsychotics when you can let them troon out and become an impoverished game developer instead?

Send this research to crayonization

The title says so much. If I'm getting this right, this girl is an ftm who's dating a "gay guy", and the gay guy's mom wants to see a picture of his "boyfriend". Presumably she's "transphobic" because she knows that being into ugly butches isn't the same as being a gay man and wants proof that her son is an honest-to-god homo.
:story::story::story:
Also why the fuck does every ftm under the sun take pictures from this angle while making the same wide-eyed "baby that just shat its diaper" expression? Hive mind?
That is the expression of a uwu softboi is why you see it so often. Overwhelmingly FTM dont want to be men they wanna be this weird kawaii-gay sosof uwu anime characters just like mtf who wanna be the big titty slutty catgirls.

Same difference.
