Been going the list and there's too much variation from the mold for any of characters to be considered traps. So you are right and here's a short list.

Then for some reason they wrote a second response, this time not so neutral, accusing him of "unacceptable" behavoir at their con. Of course it's up to the con who they want to invite. But telling a random fan that his behavoir was unacceptable for their con and any con? Is this really professional?

I would agree with you but you are outright ignoring the statement "Without going into too many details I can say the behaviour he exhibited was not acceptable for our con or any con." Which is outright saying Vic's doing something tremendously bad at the cons. The statement even suggests he should be removed from all the cons. The statement after that just seems like the person is back pedalling a bit to somehow sound reasonable.

So i will not be giving this cuck con the benefit of the doubt that they aren't being run by sjws.

That's what's been confusing me the most, out of everyone's reactions to Nick.

As far as I've seen, Rackets has been behaving exceedingly well for a lawyer in all the ways that it matters for a lawyer to behave. I'm not sure when our society decided that every lawyer was some kind of upstanding citizen and definitely not generally some kind of specialized sociopathic lampreys in human form that occasionally walk amongst us. It's like they think that every lawyer needs to be Atticus Finch( all while ignoring the fact that if Atticus allowed his sense of justice to be ruled by either the mob or his own feelings he would've just let Robinson swing in the wind both figuratively and literally).

Of course, I say that I'm confused, but I'm not really. I know it's the fact that they have no actual standards and they decide what is and is not correct behavior simply on what helps push their awful religion that allows for no repentance or forgiveness, just small stint of invincibility until you're no longer useful to the cause.

I "knew" about his prima donna behavior and "homophobia," but I didn't take much stock in it, if only because they came from Tumblr users who thought that homophobia was not thinking about gay sex 24/7.

If these con owners/runners grew spines and just showed the world what these sleazebags do when they don't get their way I'm sure the support for them would be huge, instead they'd rather continue business relationships with people who will actively try to torpedo their convention if they don't get their own way.

Kamehacon also rolled over for them in the short term due to how little time they had between VAs fucking with them and the actual convention itself, but the support they got for inviting Vic far outweighed the negatives from the retards who dropped out and I'd wager the money was far better than what they would've got from people attending to see 4th Bulma and a bunch of side characters. For some reason these brainlet cons don't seem to understand that there's a clamouring to see Vic at cons and his schedule is very free, if he's only going to 8 cons in a year you'd think you'd want to be 1 of those 8 to try and bump attendence. But nah it's much easier to pander to dangerhairs on twitter and bend to knee to "professionals" who bully you and treat you like dirt. 10/10 very good idea.

I'm much the same, as I watch subs like a civilized human being, I had no opinion on Vic other than a vague sense of having heard the name before. Then it became an interesting legal drama/comedy more entertaining than most of the shows he works on, and so I became interested. I suspect many were drawn to the War for the spectacle of the battle, rather than for loyalty to any specific side.

I enjoyed some of Vic's work but I wouldn't call myself a fan, but after watching his streams and seeing how he is with fans I've become a fan of who he is as a person rather than a fan of his work. The people who have cost him so much are cretins and I hope he financially ruins as many of them as he can, because we all know that in this "woke" generation he's going to stop getting work everywhere eventually as they'll see him as poisonous to their brand despite the lack of proof and these people being shown to be actively lying about nearly everything.
