If she had some sort of account set up where I could be sure donated fees were going to lawyers and nothing else, I'd donate. Probably donate a lot, thanks to spare money due to tax breaks. Whatever lawsuit her lawyers could come up with would be comedy gold and worth such an expense!!

But for now I won't donate, since I want to pay to fund a lolsuit, not cat food.

Wouldn't it be funnier to watch Ty Beard take down Marzgurl as she represents herself? The stress of that would absolutely crush her.

I am not that knowledgeable on law, but if she is poor enough, doesn't she get some sort of state-appointed attorney??

Ideally I want her to be able to afford a shitty lawyer. Not enough money to get a good one, but enough to not qualify for a free one.

Plus her response to a decent lawsuit won't be as funny as a lawyer forced to try to make a lawsuit out of people "monetizing her image".

For that picture Marzgurl uploaded, there's just no way it's real. Why on Earth if you have a real report would you just take a picture of 3 numbers with a line inbetween. I could have faked that in 5 minutes if I wanted to. If I had a real one I wanted to upload as proof I'd take an hour to make a PDF version to redact any confidential info showing the whole thing.

Now for theory crafting: I think she saw the money well suddenly died and wanted to be like Nick and stir something up to get a spike in the GFM to get more money. She's gotta get that nice, sweet extra 100 bucks out of people. What? Did she think it'd be bigger?

Awareness of Vic Mignogna or not, everyone should watch FMA if they like anime. And yes, I do mean both versions. It's one of those fundamental, obligatory shows to watch like Cowboy Bebop Trigun or Berserk.

This is all of it as far as I know but someone could have said something about Vic in the time that has elapsed. Now I doubt their posting anything else at this point but if anyone finds anything else and wants to post it then they can but I'm not actively looking for it, I've been rather burnt out on this all as of late.

I hope RT get's taken to court for the Vic situation but at this point that possibility is starting too look more and more like a fantasy to me.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you get a free public defender in civil court. Good point though, a sane rational person representing her would be hilarious if we could get a good view of them trying to wrap their head around this.

That is only for criminal matters. For Civil Lawsuits she's on her own. And she's going to end up with a shitty lawyer. She doesn't have enough funding or enough paypigs to get a decent attorney to sign on to undo all the damage she has willfully and stupidly done to herself.

I think the issue here is, we are seeing Con's now trying to remove themselves away from problem childre....... I mean VA's/Adults because they aren't worth it. Kind of sad Vic is in the cross hairs.

The issue I have here is they stated Vic is in an investigation....... Lawsuit = Vic investigation? I can understand everything else but they def aren't paying close enough attention to understand that currently some of the VA's are being sued for their words/actions and Vic isn't being investigated >.>
