To be fair, while I am more than 100% positive this was more him being a little TOO "in-character" as Kirk, who we all know is infamous for being the sci-fi character who would rival even the great Jack Harkness in his ravenous desire to fuck literally anything that moves, than it is an indicator of Vic's actual sexual preferences, it is a little ever so slightly on the cringe side when the person on the receiving end of the cat call just so happens to be a little kid barely out of the ankle-biter stage of their life.

Prooobably should have picked his words a bit more carefully in hindsight, especially given that this clip is being shared around and referenced out of context as evidence that he "hits on children during a beauty pageant"....

Let me put it this way: does making a Jew joke make you a Nazi? If that's your hard defense he's a child predator, you've got a really bad lawyer on your behalf. That's a big face palm moment and probably will be brought up in court because let's face it these people have got nothing. I'll admit maybe this would hold ground if it weren't for like 50k worth of statements from people who could counter anything vague like this. All they had was a jellybean and now Toye is going to pay 50 hours of videos of this stuff for defense. Let's see $500 times 50 is 25k right off the bat. I hope Toye has 40k sitting around to throw out because that's a lot of money for anyone really even the rich.

You would think if Vic was this huge mass rapist to hundreds of women for 20+ years they wouldn't need to go through endless of videos with a fine tooth comb and the worst thing they could grab out of it is a easily misconstrued joke

You just know multiple of them are just sitting there all day watching Vic videos trying to find ONE instance of him doing anything
Like everyone with half a brain knows Vic wasn't actually proposing anything, especially not out in a huge stage like that. It was very clearly a joke and that's the worst they can get after probably watching hours of vic videos

"Vic was one of my favorite VAs,broly had been my character since 5th grade,when I heard he was coming to a con near me I decided to go,I waited in line for an hour and finally I was face to face with my hero,I took out my fan art I had spent a day drawing,it was of broly viciously having anal sex with goku while krillin masturbated. Reminds me of the time a few years back when this guy I knew got #MeToo'd and brigaded by the "fine outstanding members of the local community", and despite requests to provide evidence and/or testimony to corroborate the dozens of accusations ranging from harassment, to threats, to bigotry against blacks and LGBTs, to groping, assault, rape, and even child molestation, and an answer as to why the authorities were never called upon to deal with such a supposedly dangerous member of the community, they could only respond with something that more or less amounted to "Well, just because we dont have any documentation of him doing these things doesnt mean he's NOT doing them! But we've SEEN'T IT HAPPEN! BELIEEEEVE US!!!"

My response:

Turns out the dude was just a socially awkward oddball with a "no filter" sense of brutal honesty making him seem aloof and a bit of a dick to those who didn't know him too well, but otherwise was a decent fellow who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed a hand in life. But as we all know when it comes to SJWs who need to virtue signal for their Woke Points, Manslow's Law applies to them and their ilk all too well, and instead of politely informing someone who is at most a nuisance and mild annoyance like the aforementioned target about how they could correct their behavior and better conduct themselves in the future, or at the very least inform them that they are not welcome and kindly ask that they take their business elsewhere and go about your merry way, its just easier to picture them as just another nail to be stricken and label them as a "creep" and cook up wild speculations in order to justify assassinating their character and forcefully exiling them from society because you think it makes you look like some "hero" who "stands up for the oppressed" because you "believe wahmen", amirite?

Oh? What's that? He attempted suicide due to all the threats and harassment he received from the people you stirred up into a frenzy over virtually nothing, and to this day years later never ventures beyond his home or workplace and constantly looks over his shoulder out of a sense of overwhelming dread because you made it crystal clear that he was not only unwelcome in your idealized vision of a perfect society, but an undesirable meant to be targeted, purged, and destroyed at any and all costs? Hey... that's perfectly okay; I'm sure he must have done SOMETHING to deserve it; the ends ALWAYS justifies the means no matter what, eh?...

God, to say these pretentious fuckwits sicken me to the core would be a gross understatement.

That is why I am desperately hoping that Ty will win this case and mercilessly pursue each and every one responsible for what has been done to Vic, because his exoneration will see that he rightfully receives the justice that has been denied to so many innocent people for far too long. Now, will it ease their suffering and make everything all better? No, of course not; it's too late for that... but having the satisfaction of knowing that one was able to rise above it all would at the very least serve as a precedent and a beacon of hope to them should anything like this ever happen again in the future.

The thing is, if everyone was so horribly offended by Vic's constant/frequent harassment they could have easily set up a hidden-camera or microphone to capture his behavior. The iPhone has been around since 2007 and other smartphones soon followed. If 10+ years of everyone literally having a video/audio recorder in their pocket has been unable to catch any evidence, then I'm inclined to believe such evidence does not exist.

"But what about the hundreds Thousands of women? Surely there has to be some truth to what's being said if there's so many women coming forward!" Except women aren't coming forward. Unless I'm mistaken, you can't testify on someone else's behalf in court (unless you're a lawyer of course) without it being labeled as hearsay. -Especially- if you can't even provide a name/identity to the person. So unless these millions of women come forward and testify under oath themselves then they may as well not exist in regards to evidence. It's not a hard concept to grasp so why the KVs can't grasp that is beyond me, probably too much soy and hair dye.

And as for people who claim 'well these rumors have been going around for ages, so they must be true!' here's a handy quote that's a good, oh, 250+ years old now from our old pal Jonathan Swift. Oh and keep in mind this was in a time well before information could be passed along the entire globe in a manner of minutes:
