One thing I do find mildly suspicious is that since Soye made his twitter private (april 22nd) until today there's not a single tweet made yet 5 minutes after unprotecting his account he's back to tweeting as normal. While I'd like to think he was at least smart enough to listen to his lawyer and -not- tweet during this time, I wouldn't put it beyond him to be exceptional enough to protect his account, tweet a bunch, then delete it before removing the protection.

Thats true for the farms but ISWV has its own speds outside of here too, but even if they do have proof of hAsSeMeNt i doubt the court would care.

Their goal is basically just to force BHBH to file a response contradicting them and get the court to rule that the discovery is allowed. That will take some time, which they sorely need; their lawyer is trying to get up to speed on everything and BHBH isn't making that easy. Note that they only had 3 business days to file this after receiving the deposition notice, so they were doing a bunch of copy-and-paste to get it out the door in time.

I would say he unprotected his account to get the "harassment" comments rolling in (aka people that disagree with him on a public platform that he personally decrees to be a private platform just for he and his friends that other people somehow got access to)

Ron's lawyer has got to be asking "Just what did you do to get BHBH so pissed off at you?" I think we all know the answers to that one.

Whether or not he does, lolz are sure to follow. He'll look bad either way. But yeah, he's definitely going to bait his ass off to get people pissed off enough at him to give him what he wants.
Best thing ISWV can do is ignore every single thing he says until Ty gives his response.

I wonder if the fact Vic's harassment could be worse without this being public could come into play. Just because Vic doesn't complain about it doesn't mean it's not happening. He gets ugly tweets calling him a pedo and rapist every day if you search his name.

The interragatories demand that the defendants identify all the accounts they've used over the years (not sure how far back).

So if Missus Toye tries to sock himself, Ty's going to ask the very pointed question "why were you hitting yourself?"

Think Ty is only asking both party's to provide information dating from (forget the actual month tbh but sure it's around) June 7, 2017, while that's not to far back for I wouldn't be surprised if there was nothing there tbh.
He's also asking one of them for information dating back to 2014 to present or something.

They been actively trying to get rid of him since Toei announced Broly was returning, shit I think some one even tweeted at Sabat after the announcement with something along the lines of "so, when are you auditioning for the role of new Broly?" if might even go further back then that considering the people who leapt into his still warm seat are buddy buddy with the people who accused him of sexual assault.

I was simply stating what's the deposition had but we do know if it went further back then 2014 Ty would probably file to go further back due to their findings.
Also it's any reference of plaintiff (Vic) so Ty could also argue anything to do with his role could apply to referencing him.
