Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

Just FYI. I have been really Ill lately AND my goddamed computer blew up right before I was recently hospitalized (I'm still very much touch and go as far as my health). I am typing this out on an Android phone.

I will try and add the recent documents and update the timeline to the OP of this thread over the weekend.

I'd like to thank everybody who left well-wishes on my user page.

God bless you all, and God bless the Farms.
Take care of your health. Recover Godspeed.

Good to hear back from you, Manning. Get well soon!

Nick Rekieta seems to be addressing the motions to quash live on stream right now:

Apparently, Casey is trying to make up rules as he goes. He knows they don't exist, and that he doesn't get to determine when his clients can be deposed, and Ty thinks he may have imprudently advised his clients that somehow they won't have to be deposed at all.

He is woefully incorrect and it would have been a bad, bad idea to tell his clients that.

Why, exactly? Can he be sued by them if he is making promises he can't keep?

Also where did these allegations that he promised they needn't depose or testify come from?

I don't know the law about these things at all.

BUT from my own experience in business - making promises to your clients that you can't keep has a tendency to cause problems. It damages your relationship with your client/weakens their trust/in some cases may make them stop being your client.

This is making me think they should possibly go ahead and file for a TRO because it's pretty evident the plan is to go full steam ahead on more defamation, and to use Vic's deposition to continue defaming him during the pendency of the TCPA motion, while refusing to provide any discovery themselves.

Everyone should just be forced to cool their jets.

Rackets is teasing that he has word a juicy new doc will drop live on stream shortly. He's going over Beard's letter now, this is something else.
