That's probably the only thing that could relight the blaze since Heidi, despite outing Jared's dirty laundry on twitter, implies she doesn't want it to become too big a thing and that she just wanted to call him out for his bullshit. Jared is probably just going to keep ignoring the whole thing and blocking more people so that he has his own personal hugbox, Holly is still probably going to suck his dick and get fucked in the puss by him, nothing new there. While I can't answer who's giving them loans; though I imagine if it's a reputable bank (hahahah), whoever showed numbers (him or him+Heidi) had sufficient numbers to impress the bank. There's also the First-Time Home Buyer loan, that I think is applicable in all 50 states; this allows more lenient requirements to receive a home loan.

As for Seattle, a number of reasons. It's a central hub for tech, with places like Boeing and Microsoft having their head offices there. It's one of the three major airline transportation hubs on the west coast (others being LA and SD). If you like greenery and the rain, it has good weather. But for a lot of young and hip youtube/twitch types, it's trendy.

Aside from Cali and SanFran, Seattle is swamped in tech start-ups. Microsoft has a whole heap of business ventures based there. The failed YouTube rival "VidMe" had staff based there. Plus it's the home of Discord! You know, the same Discord that hired the "Samus is Trans" lass to lead the team on partnership moderation. That very same Discord in which has a lot of connections to furries.

Point I am trying to get across is that it's a very easy place to network if you're work is based online.

That's pretty accurate. I knew a guy with the exact physique of Jared. He was flat but not bony. His diet consisted mainly of chicken selects from McDonalds and other fast food. Bragged about how he never ate vegetables or fruit. He's still skinny now in his 30s but I feel like that diet can't be great long term.

RE: Their looks. I feel like without makeup, and not "natural makeup" like legitimately no makeup they're pretty even. I don't think either one is traditionally ugly, they're both kind of pretty in their own way. When done up in cosplay though it's no contest, Heidi wins. Trying to figure out why that is, but I think it has to do with the fact that Holly almost never changes her hair length. Even cosplaying she only ever rocks chin length hair. I struggled to find anything shoulder length or longer. I don't think it's a great look for her. Plus her natural hair looks unkempt. Add in her personality and I can see why people are calling Holly ugly. It adds up. She's uglier in comparison.

Also Ross keeps talking about his great "new life" and I'm probably reading too much into it but I get the vibe he is seeing someone new.
