it's possible that this is the best feasible defense that can be made in this case. Just like the best prevention possible to keep a bear out of your tent while camping is to zip the flap.

But just because it's the best move possible doesn't mean it will work.

All this time we thought she'd shut up and was possibly looking to settle ASAP, instead she just went DFE and hid in her house like a fucking recluse. The server has got her so freaked she wouldn't even answer the door for other deliveries she was expecting just in case he popped up.

They literally have a court order to go to Jamie Marchies house with a hammer and nails and pound the lawsuit into the door like Martin Luther and his 95 theses. Fucking lol. I hope they passive aggressively Nail each chapter of the lawsuit and its attached appendixes separately so it is just covered.

As far as I understand, if a suit (Civil) is moving forward depositions are part of the discovery phase, so there is no getting away from it totally. The game they were playing was to A. Depose Vic, then B Motion for TCPA, which has a 90 day stay, Vic could not speak under the stay since he was deposed, but Mo-Ron would not have to be quiet because they were not under the stay, and could trash him with no response. And by the veiled threat from Casey, it was their intention to shame him into dropping things to save his "Personal Privacy"

Heres the thing: What if she only left for con appearances and work? The server even noted that some one had left water bottles on her doorstep, is it possible she's been getting supply drops from a friend and has been living like a hermit in her house for the last 10+ days?

Bitch fears the beard so much that she's literally hiding in the dark, sobbing to herself whenever someone knocks at her door.

I cannot WAIT for her deposition. The Amazons are going to eat her alive.

At least Casey can spell. With that said, I can't believe I gave this guy the benefit of the doubt! He sourced a website that has "Liars" in it's name, the source came from a post that could have came from anyone. Vic's suing for defamation, and what does he do? Further defame, of course! Statements made in February of 2019 fall outside the 1 year statute of limitation?

This will be a fun one.
