Forgive me if I'm incorrect, but if Ty really wanted to, could he request the court for a Civil Bench Warrant if Jamie chooses to continue avoiding the papers? Or, if she does get the serving, doesn't appear in court?

Easier to just let her hide in the hovel hole, either way, if she keeps ducking, she loses.

At one point I was wondering if Marchi dodging service was a coordinated plan from the three stooges. Marchi delays her servicing as long as possible, extending out her potential TCPA filing date. If it were not for the defense showing they are completely and utterly without rational thought (as it seems Marchi -still- has not retained legal council from all appearances) I'd maybe think this were the case and it was some sort of strategy.

After seeing Marchi's exceptional response on Twitter, again acting like Twitter Court is more important than -actual court-, I have to reconsider and instead have come to the conclusion that she's just that dumb.

But it is not a action which does not get notice, Jurists don't like this BS played in their courts and when she wants relief wellllll guess what. "tell me Ms. Marchi, why did you continually evade service? - She can be as cuties as she wants, if this is a play by the Council, If I am not mistaken that puts them before the bar. An Attorney advocating contempt of court would not end well for them. so I would hope casey (if that would be her counsel) is not that stupid.

I don't think Marchi even has an attorney as of yet, and could have been organized by Monica/Ron/Marchi without asking a lawyer if it's even a wise idea.

she is an actress. It's not unusual for them to keep an entertainment lawyer on retainer for contractual negotiations just in case. But this isn't the type of proceeding they will have experience with and they may not agree to represent her if that is the case.

Correctly understood all of the OT remains relevant (not necessarily as law to follow but it all has things to teach us) and it very much is part of the christian Bible - I am a christian and don't like to leave errors about Christianity unanswered but not going to go into detail on this one or discuss it more here as it's not the topic pm me or something if you want to change my mind on this.

That aside I think this was Jamie Marchi seeing someone use the bible as a source for a diss about dodging service so decided to go to the same source for an attempted dick joke as a come back.
