Despite his 'incel' whinnings, what he wants is definitely not sex or relationship. He had sex before, still he kept on whining. And he deliberately sabotages any possible relationship before it had a chance to grow (for the story, search his blog for an entry delightfully entitled "Fucking Cunt").

What I think he is after is the identity of being perpetually a victim, an excuse for being the failure that he is. He grew up in a fairly wealthy background (his parents own houses for let), and I presume they treated him like a little prince, making sure every of his demands were satisfied. So he grew up with a huge ego and entitlement, and snapped when one of his demands -- namely women -- are unable to be provided for by his parents.
