/sigh! Well since we might have a few PULL hate readers daring to step outside the bubble to glare and shriek at the mean nasty kiwis. Here's the thing about this. Neither Vic nor Ty Beard is gonna subpoena you. They have no real reason to. It's your friends Monica, Ron, Jamie, and Marzgurl when she inevitably gets dragged into this that will Subpoena you. Ron and Monica don't really have a choice now. They have idiotically submitted your postings as evidence in their response to the lawsuit. Their Primary #1 point of evidence. In other words you are the strongest thing they have. Their only hope of avoiding a 7 figure Judgement is to subpoena the fuck out of all of you. subpoena user records of those who made claims regarding Vic. Subpoena those unmasked individuals for discovery. Line you up and put you under oath. With your personal info, your full "doxx" a matter of public record. (broadcast to the world by your hated "black face lawyer"). So you will be dragged kicking and screaming into a lawyers office somewhere near where you live, and subjected to an hours long video conference from hell. All your personal "Vic" related stories will be dragged out of you, both by Ty Beard's Amazons and by Ron and Monica's Lawyers. And Funimations Lawyers, and Jamie Marchis. Ty will be seeking to show you to be complete liars. He'll be the nice one in the room. The other lawyers will be seeking to shift blame for any and all defamation onto you. Especially Funimation. See their best defense isn't "proving the defamatory statements were true". Their best defense is proving they were fed bad information by someone and unknowingly acted on the basis of that bad information. Oh and to fully drive this home. This isn't a Rape trial. You aren't or will not be considered "victims". The mean nasty lawyers can say and ask anything! They don't care about your fee'fees. There are no off limits areas of questioning. There is no "causing trauma to the victim". You only get to answer the questions put to you. You cannot make any other statements. And heaven forbid you get caught in a lie... You can't opt out. You can't hide from it. And it has the very very real risk of triggering litigation against you from the Plaintiff.
Oh and did I mention that this is your "friends" that are doing this to you? The people you fall over yourselves championing and supporting. This isn't Vic, or Ty Beard. They don't particularly want to talk to you or drag you into it. They know you are idiots. But you all are being thrown under the bus in an effort by your friends to save themselves. And the really amazing thing, Ron and Monica's lawyer probably didn't even fully read your Vic thread before embedding it into his formal response. Because if he had there is no fucking way he would have done it. Your only actual hope, the only thing that can save you from a forensically applied ass reaming courtesy of your very bestest friends and true heroes, Ron and Monica, is for Ty Beard to submit a motion to Strike MoRonica's pleading regarding you all. Think on that. Swirl it around in those hollow abscesses where what passes for your brains should be. Your only way out of this mess relies on the mercy of Vic Mignogna and the skillfull pleading of Ty Beard. Try and sleep on that you retarded little angels.

To reiterate what other people have been saying, no one involved actually cares about PULL. No one actually wanted to depose anyone on your little forum website, because literally everyone can see that it's a waste of time and money. The issue for you guys is that Casey literally names you in their lawsuit. YOU are a key part of their defense, whether you like it or not. You have been named, therefore you must have some value to the suit. That's only logical to assume, right? That means that Casey has to have not only your stories, which actually don't matter all that much, but proof that you are in fact a living human being, i.e your name, address, photograph, all the nasty stuff, because they're actually counting on you to white knight MoRon and come in on your shining horse with your stories.
Like @RodgerDodger said above me, most likely they're going to lay the blame on you. so ironically if it actually comes to that, if MoRon wants to waste money asking you questions, Ty is going to be your way out.
Let that sink in for a moment. You're free to deny it all you want, I care about you guys as much as you care about us, but I implore you. At least don't get yourselves thrown in jail for perjury if that's possible. That's the most I can ever give you guys.

I dunno about you guys, but I think I'm most offended by the idea that anybody thinks that black on white is more pleasant to read than white on dark gray. PULL's format would only be worse if their text was fuckin neon yellow.
