He's been on thin ice by being boring and randomly shoehorning politics into his videos about shitty cheap movies in a pathetic attempt to seem profound. But the part of the video where he went out of his way to remind me of all the stupid shit he's said in his past videos made the decision real easy for me.

They never insult the Soviets; nor anyone on the Soviet's side during the Cold War; and actively omit bits about Soviet involvement in starting wars, committing atrocities, and their creation and support of the nastiest regiemes birthed in the 20th Century. Their argument of "Would you have rather lived in Fidel Castro’s Cuba or in any one of the U.S.’s many military junta police states?" is especially dishonest and servile to the anti-West narrative given how Cuba's GDP hasn't grown in sixty years. Every country with a U.S. backed junta in charge faired better than that, and Cuba isn't even the most unfortunate Soviet client state.

Plus, they openly hoped Trump would lose not because they didn't like him (they were far more critical of Hillary throughout the election), but because they wanted to keep attacking Hillary after she won. They toe the same line Matt "It's not rape if she doesn't speak English" Taibbi did when he himself covered Trump, and there's no mystery where and when Taibbi got put on the teat of foreign influence.

Hillary deserves all the grief in the world: she's a self-serving closet case who pushed hard for DOMA and DADA while covering for her loveless marriage of convenience so she could use Hubby's clout to kickstart her own path to power, but at least her carpetbagging gave her actually meaningful political experience. The problem with Quinton seems to be that he is stuck on his schtick. His shillings for the creators he desperately wants to join are the closest he can get without letting his fanbase down. It is noticeable that he really wishes he could talk about more political topics but is restricted by both his audience and his own knowledge on the subject. His arguments are heard like those of a kid who just read a Wikipedia entry for a school presentation: shallow oral half assed puking. Many of his newest videos come from a semi self aware place where he knows he is a boring faggot and lacks the passion to do his job.
But lets do an experiment and put oneself on Qs shoes.
