I'm just very leery of Doctors trying to label something a "condition" that needs to be "corrected". That's how we have "corrective gender re-assignment surgery" these days.

Oh, I didn't mean it like that, it's just a curiosity how things grow and how/why that happens especially if it is localized to a certain population or area.

The poop deck/steatopygia doesn't have any health issues associated with it as far as I know(but information seems hard to come by), unlike lipedema. Randalin is fortunate in that it gives her an extremely exaggerated shape, I guess that's 95% the reason she lets it be for now. Others doesn't have that, it mostly seems like people get uniformly thick tree trunk legs or a lower body shape that can be described as "too much yeast; too small of a bowl".

Yeah I saw a documentary on a girl that was considering a breast reduction, and she got a properly fitted bra and visited a masseur for a month and the back pain virtually disappeared overnight. And I've seen a few beauty youtubers admit on their channels they are getting reductions simply because they just want to wear these pretty dresses that don't come in the right size for them. It's just that not everyone always has youtube money for a procedure filed under "cosmetic reduction".

Naturally large lips are lovely. It's when these turds get those implants and start looking like a caricature of Daffy Duck we run into problems. I just will never understand the impulse to do that to yourself when it can go so horribly wrong. Look at Meg Ryan. It killed her entire career.

The issue is, is that there are women who naturally have exaggerated physical characteristics. For example Poetry Travis, whos been hounded for porn and escorting to the point shes deleted her social media multiple times.

Also Himiwako, who permanently deleted her entire social media after stalkers tried to blackmail her into sending nudes or get sex from her.

Then for all the girls that get that sort of treatment, some willingly do surgery and corseting because that's exactly what they want.

I saw a street walker that looked like that once, she hung around outside the place where I worked. It was insane. She called me a fag for turning her down, the African hookers were very aggressive and it was best to not get too close to them or they would grab you.


The last pictures in your post reminded me of Pixee Fox(she might have been brought up already), she had six ribs removed among all the other things.

That's what makes the dress so much more puzzling. It's like she freeze-framed Hulk Hogan in the middle of ripping his tank top at a Wrestlemania from the 80's and said "that's the design, that's the cut I want!".

That just looks absurd, who in their right mind goes, "yeah this will look great when I get photographed at the red carpet!" it looks ridiculous, like two tumors trying to escape the light by hiding under her armpits. I'd tell her to go kick her surgeon in the balls.

Those bolt on boobs are actually a complication of breast augmentation called capsular contracture. Many know this but in case you don’t, scar tissue forms around the implants to protect them, causing them to become hard, separate, and move in weird positions with muscle movement. It can be repaired surgically but once your body scars like that, it’s likely to happen again. I think show business people are so used to breasts like that that they forget it’s not normal. It’s so common (as are other complications) that I’d never do that operation, even the best surgeon can’t prevent it. I have a small-breasted friend who did it before she moved to South America and figured she’d be in bikinis a lot. While they are bigger and so far shapely, her nipple now turns inside out in certain positions. I think complications are more common than people know.

What is that lump on that Korean girls face? She did that on purpose? Awful. Seems Koreans are now using plastic surgery more for body mod style than to preserve youth or improve something off-balance.
