So if I testify, under oath, that I saw Ron Toye rape a woman behind an Arby's in 1995, does that mean it's evidence and he's going to jail finally?

Depends on if a jury believes you after being ripped apart during cross examination. Which they won't, so no.

15 mins to Q&A, not allowed to livestream but I can record. Everyone gets to ask 1 question, if you have any questions, ASK THEM NOW. I will pick the best one and ask Vic directly.

Is there any truth to the rumors that all these problems stem from him refusing to blow Shane in the bathroom stall at a convention in 2014?

Yeah, ask him if he's signing jellybeans after the Q&A.

He probably can't answer about recent events for obvious reasons. Maybe ask how he stays so positive since he seems so happy even when candid.

The question that someone brought up yesterday was decent, but I'd rephrase it to be a little bit milder. Something like, what kind of research does it take when he's deciding whether to accept a new role and then preparing for it?

Credit to @Hariel's post for the question...
Does he just take a VA job to take it or does he give some serious thought and research into the background of the role he's being asked to take?

Edit: Holy hell that question sounded mean spirited. Wasn't my intent.

Might be better suited for the lawsuit thread, but...

Via Twitter Handle GhostShell who brought it to Rackets' attention: Vic Mignogna is no longer voicing Omega in Sonic Team Racing, quoting TSSZ News.

EDIT to add: It appears that it was Sega that is doing their oft-practice of sacking everyone who is expensive for cheaper actors in the Sonic franchise.

it seems like they replaced Knuckles and Sliver and other Characters as well
Edit: probably not Vic Related probably cause the game probably had a really low budget, it's only a 40$ game

@damian Probably too late now but ask him what his long term plans for voice acting are. Does he plan on doing more VA work after "everything" is over or will he do his own venture, or something anime related that isn't voice work?

i doubt they will fight this, cant get far enough away from sonic atm

Sega does sometimes replace actors on a dime and it's not shocking that's happened since Boom's TV series ended. But then SEGA will be acting on whats going on, so I sort of understand the decision while also being a bit disappointed. Smart move but I imagine is just more examples of how this whole thing has damaged Vic professionally in the case right?

This marks the third time this happened in franchise history.

The last time Vic voiced Omega was in 2017, so they probably changed in 2018 or so. Never heard of the guy they chose though, Aaron LaPlante.

So, I just finished reading in on the whole WeebWars. The only real question I have is the following: Is it too much to hope that a conservative Texas court orders the stupid be waterboarded out of these jackasses with Kerosene? It seems to me that the defendants' primary experience with any legal system is rules lawyering D&D 3E. I can't help but think that in older times this case would be solved with an exorcist rather than a court.

Go far enough back and this particular brand of idiocy is probably what you'd find back in the Salem Witch Trial days.
Someone created #IStandWithVic vs #KickVic poll on Twitter.
Unsurprisingly, the overwhelming majority is pro #IStandWithVic

PULL: "This is obviously fake and not at all possibly real. It was probably made by Stans and they're using their hundreds of sock accounts each to inflate the numbers."
