Inactive Pretty Ugly Little Liars: Weeb Wars Edition - Stupid thoughts from stupid THOTs

They can't get their heads around the facts that:
1. This is not a criminal trial. Vic won't be treated as a criminal and Monica and Jamie will definitely not be treated as "victims."
2. Vic isn't the accused here, he is the accuser. Again, he isn't on trial for the supposed "crimes" they believe he did. He is accusing Monica, Ron and Jamie of defamation, tortious interference (a big part of the lawsuit they often forget) and civil conspiracy.
3. Vic won't have to prove that he isn't a sexual predator or rapist or whatever. It's Monica, Ron and Jamie that will have to prove that he is. That's how defamation works. If they can't prove their claims of "100+ women" and "sexual assault", which is clearly defined as literal rape in Texas, they lose.
4. Muh "Defamation is a bitch to prove". Just parroting something they've read off google without giving any though into why it would be hard to prove. It's actually very easy to prove when you have text messages and public tweets. Because they were stupid and arrogant enough to defame him publicly for all the world to see.
4. They forget about the tortious interference part of the lawsuit most of the time. Ron's texts alone make the case for this, so he is already fucked, what remains is showing that Monica and Jamie too were complicit. And that's where the civil conspiracy part comes in. Hissrad even says that he's not familiar with the term, but then why should his opinion on the matter be considered more reliable than an actual lawyer's is beyond me.
Last time I checked, the whole "defamation is hard to prove" is from oral statements. Basically, if someone defames you out in public it's close to impossible to prove unless it was recorded. This doesn't apply to the Internet where literally everything is recorded and logged.

I don't understand - why does Nanoha think those messages are privileged? If anyone from PULL reading this thread could reach out and let me know, that'd be swell.

Because those were private conversations between two people, neither of which were Nick, and whoever gave them to Nick clearly didn't get Ron's permission first.

They don't realize that the set of texts on Ron's phone belong to Ron - he can do whatever he likes with them - and the texts on Kamehacon's electronic devices are probably the joint property of several different employees of that organization, any or all of whom could freely choose to share them at a company meeting, forward them to other employees, or give them to outside parties among other options. Ron doesn't have a say once he presses send and gives those texts away.

It's hilarious to compare how they view this compared to how they view sharing information about the confidential Sony investigation. Apparently, if there was an explicit privacy statement attached to the texts, then it would be okay to broadcast them to the world.

If those texts had irrefutable proof that Vic was an evil PedoRapist, PULL would have no problem with these texts being shared. But it goes against their narrative, so it's "wrong".

It honestly looks like every piece of information PULL gets is being run through one (and only one) filter: Does this help 'the victims' or not. If it can be twisted to fit the help 'the victims' column, then the information is totally legit, will absolutely win the case for them, etc. If it fits in the 'not' column, then the automatic response is to discredit it. Has anyone there actually interacted with the content of those texts, rather than the supposedly discrediting idea that Nick shouldn't have them?

Yes, he is so dumb for going to court because some people tried to ruin his life. /sneed

Trash man is probably the least productive user on PULL, next to the bimbo with the butterfly avatar. All he does is repeat the obvious.

I find it funny they haven't been gossiping about Cunt Mouth Marchi. 😂
Really makes you think...

I mean, let's assume Vic is a pedo rapist.

Why go through the very public process of "outing" him at all? Why not actually get the authorities involved if you have so much evidence? If the statement "Vic is a pedo rapist" is true, then going public with this information will basically destroy any real chance you've ever had at real justice for the victims.
Because they don't, and have never wanted, real justice for actual victims.

vic mignogna breathes pull that doesn't look good for him.

Can't let a man enjoy a meal at a restaurant, that's just too problematic.
Of course it is. Why should Vic get to enjoy food when his poor, innocent victims are so traumatized they can barely eat? I've heard it's so bad that Marzbargurl is down to only 5 or 6 meals a day.

Apparently KamehaCon is finished because they gave info to Ty?

Last year, organizers had to deal with the bi-polar diva Goku. This year it's the 57th Bulma, the AIDS Ginyu Force, bitchy panelists and vindictive Vegeta. That's enough drama to scare off anyone from doing this again. They're just autists who want to throw a party for something they enjoy. Not babysitters for the mentally unstable.

They announced the 2019 dates hours after the first convention was over. No announcement for 2020 has been made yet. This is the only thing talking about another event. No one should be surprised if there isn't another one.
