Because unlike Chris, most well-adjusted adult human beings understand that assaulting another person carries severe legal ramifications.

Most people tend to avoid punching someone who obviously has some kind of mental dysfunction. Even when he used to look like just a random guy with badly bleached long hair it would still be obvious something is wrong with him when he spoke.

I'm sure that this has been happening ever since chris started getting himself extra attention with the tomgirl thing. It's not even clear to casual observers that chris is dressing the way he does because he's trying to be feminine, he just looks like an extra weird guy who can have only an inconsequential amount of spending cash and is probably going to ruin your workday if he doesn't go away soon. The difference is that now he's frightening people with a weapon. I'll bet you he didn't acquire the mace long before he managed to get in trouble at gamestop with it.

Its a shame chris doesn't have a tard wrangler, it would save him so much pain and whoever had that job would get to laugh their ass off every day, the best stuff we've never even heard about probably.
in fact, i think the tomgirl affair makes Chris belive he is entitled to even more rigths and considerations for being even more special.

Would that be his definition of self defense, or the actual definition? Because there seems to be some disparity between the two.

That aside, I agree. No matter how autistic Chris gets, I don't see him going out and threatening people with harm unless he specifically felt like he was threatened in some way.

Keep in mind that Chris threaened to call the police on someone for sharing the same name as him.

Chris tends to feel threatened by things most normal people simply shrug off (i.e. pickles).

If you consider the number of times Chris has been wrestled to the ground in his adult life by security guards and what-not, you'd be sensitive about being approached, too. Not that it justifies anything Chris has (or may have) done. I'm just saying the guy is now preparing for confrontations for his mind-numbing stupid quest to see those blue arms erased from history.
If he got the pepper spray for the sole purpose of dealing with the security of places he's getting thrown out from it makes more sense that he unnecessarily sprayed the GS guy. He's got a serious chip on his shoulder for authority and a chosen weapon to deal with them.

If anyone is still trying to make that documentary, I think I know what the third act should cover.

I've got just the poster for it:

(Apologies for the bad aliasing of text, I'm away from the computer that has all of the fancy-dancy editing tools.)

My circle of friends and I had been discussing the possibility of traveling to the Charlottesville area for the summer and attempt to do a Bigfoot/UFO-sighting-style mockumentary about Chris.

I wish I could say I was surprised about this. I really do. But the thing is, I knew this would happen. I knew Chris would get out of jail, go to another store, tard rage about Sonic's arms, and probably mace someone again. It's what Chris does: he always manages to top his own stupidity, to the point where he clearly has no common sense whatsoever. The only thing that surprises me is that someone could be as stupid as Chris is.*sigh*
Oh well, at least we get to watch Chris's rapid descent into madness.

Don't worry guys, I'm sure Chris was totally, 100% the victim here, just like in the GameStop incident. This is clearly just another case of discrimination against all tan-armed male lesbians by a bunch of dang dirty Ass Managers and JERKS!!! Hopefully our hero will reach out to his fellow protestors against blue arms and bare chested males to explain what happened, since we don't have video feed to prove his innocence this time.

Could Chris possibly ditch the police? Like getting a spinning puzzle piece to lower his wanted level on autistic GTA? Or does he stick out too much? It doesn't seem to hard to get caught unless the store has his picture/address. Knowing him he's probably mailed them too or told them

The problem is that Chris feels threatened whenever someone says something he doesn't like, such as "There's nothing I can do about Sonic's arms," or "You've been banned from this store; you need to leave,", or if they're not submitting to his every demand.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but could this have been relating to game cases? He's vandalized the video game section before, right? (xbox sign) Could this be a blue-armed spergging rather than the purchase of pepperspray? Chris isn't one to back down off causes, and according to the facebook post about the mall events, he may feel he needs to be a martyr for his autistic cause. While walmart keeps most games behind glass, there are accessories, and other things in the area that he could have vandalized, though if anything, he'd likely put posters on the glass or something. Again, just speculation.

I understand he was in the hardware department at the time of the call, but it's possible he walked away. I don't see any reason chris would be there other than if he'd walked away from somewhere else to avoid getting into more trouble.

Is Chris already trying to win the Lolcow of the Year award for 2015?
Giving the award to Chris is like giving Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzkey or Payton Manning an MVP award. There's no real point, he's already a masterclass LOLcow. Perhaps the greatest LOLcow of all time. I do not think in all of history there has been a bigger LOLcow than Chris.

Eh, Wal-Mart keeps all their games behind a locked glass case. It be very hard for Chris to pull off messing with the game cases that way.

Well maybe not game cases, but something in that department. Not everything is behind closed glass, and he very well could have assaulted an employee in the area It's also possible he put up the covers for the cases or something on the glass walls.

If this is confirmed, I don't understand why he was in the hardware department.

Police districts may or may not extend solidly within city boundaries. It's still possible it falls under Charlottesville PD.
In illinois at least unincorporated rural areas fall into the county's jurisdiction with the small towns police primarily handling the incorporated part of town. Chris may be in unincorporated ruckersville. He lives near an alpaca farm

To Chris anything he can't process mentally or activity avoid is a threat of serious proportions.

He is incapable of understanding normal social interaction, he see's a idealised version of real life on TV and wonders why it doesn't work for him that way. Other than giving him a convenient excuse he is unaware that his Autisim effects how he views the world and how he reacts to it.

And to be honest Autisim is probably a misdiagnosis when it comes to Chris I am reading some of my mums old books on the subject (she was a special needs teacher for adults) from around the time Chris was given the diagnosis an it was really misunderstood at the time, anything an everything was considered autistic this wasn't just in British books on the subject but American ones an the rush for diagnosis is a factor in the American texts from that era.

While I am not a expert on the subject, and I can't put a name on what Chris is afflicted with he has aspects of Autisim but they are over shadowed by other more serious issues, that have only really become apparent since he became a teen.but looking back at Christory I am guessing that the School new that when they wanted to send him to "special" school.

I am wandering into the realms of off topic here, I am going to put a thread together with my speculations on the subject at some point.

I am extremely ignorant as to how the legal system treats people with autism … if convicted would they seriously lock him up in jail or would they put him somewhere else? And also, how is he not on the news yet?
