That dog is looking to its right, so its right eye is more than halfway rolled back into its socket and the left eye is looking straight forward. Due to the dog's eyes perpetually pointing 90° in different directions.

That can't be good for him.

As I mentioned previously, that dog has even worse genetics than Boogie. I don't know if there's any info on where/how he got it, but if he actually bought it, then he's even more of an asshole than before. If it's a rescue then... eh, morally neutral.

But either way, it probably lives in constant pain over how tiny its skull is, much like pugs are constantly short on breath due to how squashed their faces are. This isn't really on-topic, but I'll say it anyway; never, ever buy 'pedigree' dogs. You're just supporting a cheerfully, eagerly abusive industry that casually and openly admits to drowning puppies that don't meet absolutely hard-line standards of 'purity'.

His story is that he took it in from a kennel out of sympathy because it was unwanted and hideous. It is one of the only stories from him that I believe.

I find it hard to believe that Boogie would even be capable of throwing food. As soon as it's in his hand it's probably down his throat and gone because "muh depression, I had to eat to make me feel better"

These little spaniel types both pedigree and crossbred are known for having too-small skulls. Has he taken it to a vet?? Sometimes the skulls are so small that the eyes can actually pop out because they bulge out so much, it's called proptosis. Not sure what's going on here. Is it permanently like that?
