It would be great if she loses the 10 days or whatever it's been since she's acknowledged dodging service. I would love to see the drunken dog bite lolyer she manages to scrape up who's willing to take up this abortion of a case on short notice. Even better if she has actually has a lawyer already and she didn't authorize them to accept service or something equally ridiculous.

Every time I think these people, most of whom are 40+ years old, can't do the worst, most stupid thing to hurt themselves, they always do. Assuming that's not BS, she's admitted to avoiding service to give her attorney extra time. If she chooses to not file a response, her only grounds for an appeal against any default judgement would be improper service/lack of notice. And even if she convinces a judge that despite all her spergery on twitter she had no idea she was getting sued, a successful appeal means that Vic can file again and the whole process starts over for her.
Well that Tweet about "She already knows about it and her lawyer is looking at it because its all over the internet" (paraphrasing) will not age well at all. Pretty sure BHBH has been archiving all her sperging on their own just for this.
Fleeing the state would actually fuck her harder since Texas law makes her judgement proof but fleeing the state opens her up to a lot of fun things like wage garnishment and having her car and shit seized.
The process server was not a court employee. Lamont Aldridge is a process server and paralegal contractor who works for a variety of law firms - I assume BHBH hired him to serve Jamie.
So we should be encouraging her to flee Texas, then.
