I really cannot tell whether she is trying to troll #vickicksback by pretending to be ignorant while running to the law firm, or whether this is her really being stupid. Regardless, if it's a troll it's a boomer tier attempt. If she's feigning ignorance while running this to a lawyer, that will be apparent, and her comments can possibly be used evidence of her character/disrespect for the law, not good considering her "head and balls" comment. If she really is ignoring it... well, then she's a bigger dumbass than Maddox's girlfriend.

It doesn’t actually matter. She’s being highly disingenuous. It’s going to come back to bite her in a number of ways. She is one of the “accusers”. It will take one of Ty’s Amazons roughly 15 minutes to use these nonstop tweets to portray her as a constant liar. One who does not take serious matters seriously. One who will twist obvious reality to an absurd degree in order to serve her purpose. And one who has a cruel nasty streak. Why should anybody believe what she has to say regarding Vic? This non stop chimp out is actually better for the deposition team than her infamous I want his head and his balls tweet. That could be hand waved away as hyperbole. This is an obvious pattern of untruthfulness and a failure to take serious matters seriously.

a)she has nothing Funimation wants
b)it appears Funimation has made a deal with Ty to allow them to file last, meaning they wanna see her cards along with the others before they make a move, not something they'd do if they were tag-teaming

I think you're right in that she's almost certainly gotten a lawyer by now, despite her attempts at trolling. Most likely the fact he/she/they/it are working on the response behind the scenes without anyone knowing what it is is probably what's giving her the illusion of power she's clinging to. The real question of course is whether she has an actual competent attorney, or if we're in for Casey 2:Electric Boogaloo

So looking like we're going for default judgement unless there is some 4D chess shit going on. Disappointing in terms of entertainment value, but hey, it saves money for Vics war fund. Hopefully this will mean the suit can be expanded to more parties who definitely deserve to get sued into oblivion. Marchi is gonna KO herself. I think she's given up on the legal battle, and has shifted the goal post to twitter reputation. She'll let herself get a default judgement, and whine and complain how she's the victim. Correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding is the court can drag her in for testimony even if she defaults (which will be hilarious), so she's not able to completely ignore this. Does anyone know if that default judgement can stop her from running her mouth on twitter?

She could just be sassy and in reality someone took the documents inside for her. I wish they had fucked up her door with nails.
