Interesting you seem to have details, all wrong as usual, when you were also not there. Did Ron stop prepping to bull long enough to give you 3rd hand details from Casey? Must be butthurt his plan fell apart, now that he will not be allowed to depose Vic and then file his anti slap motion before deposing Moronica. Sounds like Ty got exactly what he wanted.

He's already verified. He just isn't verified as anything (other than the shoe-eating idiot he is) and does not deserve some special banner. He is also not a person of interest, nor is he a Kiwileak, as that implies that he actually knows anything anyone gives a shit about.

There's evidence that he has had private communications with Ron - which is something - I don't think it is sufficient to qualify him as a leak though.
