Also, is anyone following the resetera thread on Vic Mignogna? Just took a look and they're galaxy brain takes are sometimes more delusional and idiotic than even PULL, if that's even possible. And seems more active too, since PULL has turned into a depressing ghost town.

The question about any lawyer is are they representing you? If not, your interests are meaningless to them if they come into conflict with those of their client. That applies to Ty too.

I'm assuming they're talking about precedent in them being wholesale legally doxed, and not a threat since the most these morons would do is shit up a bunch of threads with REEEE'ing before they got banned. Maybe that wouldn't be a problem if the "Super Lawyer" you PULL tards keep fellating didn't cite your site as evidence in a legal case.

Oh hey, I thought nobody was gonna waste their precious time watching.

Petty jabs aside, this is a perfect example of someone at PULL not paying attention to what is being said - Nick isn't saying that the PULL website was gonna get taken down or anything like that. The forum will likely be just fine, and anyone arguing that the whole site is fucked is overzealous at best, stupid at worst. The key is that any and all relevant users on PULL may have absolutely all of their information made available to the court through subpoena, and made public from there.

Who on PULL would be relevant enough to get doxed? I dunno, honestly. That's up to the lawyers (both defense and plaintiff) and the court to decide. That being said, based on the statements that Casey and his clients have made everyone is on the table, and they want all of that information public. I hope you guys and girls on PULL are as irrelevant to the case as the Kiwis over here. Best of luck!

It's inadmissible hearsay anyway, and doesn't prove anything other than that there is a batch of mentally ill weirdos who mindlessly hate Vic for no real reason and are so obsessed with him they have dreams of him raping them in their sleep like he's fucking Freddy Krueger.

It doesn't really establish the mental stability and credibility of Vic lynchers.

Indeed, I was basically implying that they would have NO protections if contact was made for a request of info. Nothing would be able to stop the requested info being made public, but what Vic was pushing for technically speaking this whole time.

The one thing which might drag PULL into it is Marzgurl. I would want access to her PMs if I were Vic's counsel.

Wasn't the point of the PULL citation to try and paint a picture that the world was already talking about this and hence Ron/Monica's comments weren't that significant/didn't do damage?

Without establishing the accuracy of the statements that still could be used as some sort of defence I would have thought? Perhaps not a very good one (particularly as most of the PULL statements post-date Ron and Monica's stuff) but something of one nonetheless.
