I sure hope the judge realizes why doxing random bystanders, no matter how dumb and wrong they are, isn't a good thing and isn't a good precedent to set.

As much as Ty seems to be the one requesting confidentiality, things would have been somewhat more boring if it had been granted. So thanks SoyeBoye. I guess.

Ty said Vic is available second week of June. (I was hoping he was right when he said July.)
 
Confirmed that concerns about judicial over-reach were unwarranted. Judge just confirmed no TCPA until after depositions are taken.

Like I've been pointing out. On top of that Casey has guaranteed that every embarrassing personal element of Monica and Jamies (and /shudder Ron's) Personal History is getting broadcast out there in public, if not livestreamed with insulting commentary. Remember the "Prior Sexual Abuse when she was younger, that Vic's kiss "Triggered" from Monica? Yeah She's gonna have to detail ALL of that, in front of EVERYBODY! Vic and Ty Beard wanted to keep that sort of private stuff private. But her own team, her own arrogance puts this onto her. Well done Casey!

But didn't mention the other being Marchi's lawyer. Perhaps the other was another Funi lawyer. It would be odd if they only had one.
