I had wondered why Phil drinks bottled water rather than filtered water (Brita, etc.) as he is home 99% of the time and could just refill a thermos or insulated cup. Tonight someone asked about his old beer stein which brought out the answer and a cute exchange in chat.
Phil said he used the stein when he drank water from a Brita filter but stopped after three or four years as he had been getting heartburn. He drank bottled water and stopped getting heartburn.
(Phil never changed the oil in his leased BMW because the dealer never called him to bring it in.)

It's another one of those things that Phil is aware of how bad it is but is too embarrassed to admit. We've all seen how filled with shit and dirty he let both of his condos get. We've all seen the 2 inch layer of dust on everything in his streaming room. The evidence is overwhelming and there's no doubt in anyone's mind he's a slob. I remember after Leanna moved out, Phil was too lazy/stubborn to clean out Leanna's room that was filled with trash and old soap, and for around 6 or 7 months he regularly whined about how awful the room smelled whenever he walked by it. The obvious solution was taking a few hours out of one of those miserable days he spent drinking himself into oblivion and instead cleaning the room. Didn't happen until Kat ordered him to do it because she was moving in soon. His garage would probably still be filled with all the old shit from the previous owners if it weren't for his parents flying out to get rid of that stuff for him. He doesn't want to do any cleaning, especially now that he has a wife that can take care of that, dood.

Lol at "woke me up" at 2:42 AM his time. As if anyone believes he was in bed already.
Anyway, sucks that I'll be missing a major part of today's stream, especially the beginning, because this has J U I C Y written all over it. I mean:
- the mod shit of last night, which most likely will be THE subject in chat today and will "derail" the stream and/or result in (mass) bans
- being completely broke, influencing his mood
- being awake at 3 AM, maybe influencing his mood even more
- possibly a lack of mods (who micht be doing the sensible thing by staying the fuck away from this trash fire)
- the possibility of a slow stream, resulting in the usual shenanigans, maybe intensified by the things mentioned above
Or... you know, a paypig will drop by and do their duty, making DSP a happy camper for at least today, somehow managing to breeze through the day as if nothing happened.
Yeah, knowing the DSPhere, it will probably come down to that last option. Oh well.

If he uses a bank that has an app it most likely has a setting for it. Many banks also offer text alerts for overdraft warnings as well. Getting one in the wee hours of the morning isn't unusual either, as payments can clear at odd times (like when an Amazon order ships, for example

DSP gets overdrafted because he doesn't actually pay bills. He lets his 29,210 credit cards all withdraw the minimum monthly payment from his account whenever they feel like it. Otherwise I'd answer "Yes there are budgeting apps."
