Looks like they were still considering their options when they sent the March letter. The May letter is a demand for retraction, though. I'd be surprised if Ty sent one of those before his client committed to filing.

I can't wait to watch this stream later. I hope Nick doesn't take it down.

Remember, these lawyers are screwing with 2 of his clients and calling into question not just Ty's competence but his law firm's as they are heavily involved with the case. Ty even told him to call him to talk man to man off of Twitter but Greg ran. I can easily see why Ty is annoyed.

You can tell he has a real distaste for these sorts of people.
On another note, I like Ty. The guy has got a good sense of humor. It fun to see a professional with an open appreciation for the farms.
