Angry Ty is interesting. Wonder if he had something to drink at dinner or something, he's not usually this... worked up. He's talking over Nick, constantly insulting, and basically doing the equivalent of the Anime Outsiders guy -- stuck in a loop.

Damn, I thought Nick was gonna venture off into one of his classic solo rants. But he sighed and went towards chat's. DAMIT MAN WE WANT FROTHING SPITTLE AND ANGER!!!!

He was, but Ty didn't care. He was pretty heated tonight.
Plus, saying "hey farms, do your thing please, I'll owe you one" isn't illegal.
At worst it's a personal army request, but the guy's a boomer who probably doesn't understand how things work and he seems like a nice enough guy.
At best Ty can just claim it was a joke. And it could certainly be interpreted that way.

You're talking about a guy who had a disagreement with a "chicken shit" lawyer and told him to step outside and the one of them would "spitting teeth" by the end of it.

Shit talking his firm on twitter and the scuttling away at the first sight of Ty is bound to rile up a hotblooded Texan who was looking forward to a nice weekend being a nerd.

Exactly. It wasn't just that he was being an idiot. He was disrespecting his firm, his employees and his name.

I think something people need to keep in mind about Ty (and the major difference between Ty and other people talking about this case) is this:
Ty is living this. It's what he's doing most of the time, day-in, day-out: reading this defamatory shit and trying to explain (in writing) why it's defamation, and how it's damaged Vic. That's his job.
When other people of his own profession (who aren't being paid to hold contrary opinions) can't see reality it's probably infuriating, especially when they're pretending to know his own State's local laws better than his firm does. It's the combination of retardation and disrespect that set Ty off I think.

So I understand his rage, alcohol or not. Nick's just trying to get these guys on the show, or he'd be doing the same thing.
