Coming to think of it, ISWV never have or had a leader to begin with. He is very least likely to qualify to be one. If anyone can be a leader of ISWV, then it can be anyone that is very more likely qualified to be a leader.
 
I made the mistake of looking at Spacebattles. Man, most of those guys have no idea what laws are, and they're applauding the super lawyers for "having more experience".

NY Times v Sullivan, a 1964 case. Literally establishes the hurdle to pass for a public figure alleging defamation. If this genius thinks that a verified twitter account is all that is required to be a "public figure", then he needs to brush up on the application process for verification. Anyone can be a verified blue checkmark by providing proper documentation and turning tweets to public. The legal standard of 2019 isn't "verified by twitter", it's something to be proven if disputed in court. Outside of the anime community who bother with dubs, up until this popped off, no one knew who Vic was. Fucking Maddox probably has a greater chance of being labeled a public figure due to his site and book than Vic.

I'm not going to bother looking but I'd put money on Sufficient Velocity being just as bad. I've ventured into the general discussion or politics area's only a couple times and couldn't leave fast enough.

Some small portion can write decent stories but the vast majority have been eating brain cancer for breakfast when it comes to common sense, pragmatism, and political or legal thought. Even the stories sometimes get infested with it so I mostly just use reader mode so I can avoid all the discussion between chapters.

It could be one of the KickVic idiots trying to network. I would presume that Casey wouldn't tell the SuperLawyers that Nick was Vic's lawyer, but these exceptional superspergs all seemed to come in thinking Nick was. In addition, aren't both these superspergs trying for SJW street cred? Could have been someone on PULL or some other KickVic den networking, instead of Casey directly.

It's pointless. These people will never deviate from their position. You can take them to court and have them anally raped by the court and they will still push that shit while saying how a dumb hick of a judge got it wrong.

As funny as that would be, I don't think Casey or even Zaid for that matter are this exceptional and I honestly think Casey is on our side but does what the money complies him to do. Not easy to tell bit would be interesting if he came on with Nick. I'm not against the idea.

Probably just a couple lawyers who caught wind of this and asked with the no life harpies storming in and only giving slanderous information to them. We...do not care about filling in every lawyer so we don't watch for it but these guys see mote opportunity to create more damage and now really pissed off the Beard. Marzgurl may have quite literally put herself above Iago in targets. You dumbass. There's a reason many high up people have gone completely silent such as Funi, RT, Sabat, and Schemmel.

They are just happy they now have an actual lawyer on their side agreeing with them. It's one of the major things kickvic's side did not have. It doesn't matter the lawyers are horribly misinformed because they are getting their information from people equally misinformed they get to say their super lawyer agrees with them, case closed?
