Weeb Wars / AnimeGate / #KickVic / #IStandWithVic / #vickicksback - General Discussion Thread

I know I'm ⏰ but who is this Mike Toole sped cuck and why is he relevant? I can see he spreads fake news as an ANN reporter but can't really tell why this exceptional autist keeps flapping his labia mouth.

This will tell you what you need to know about Mike Toole:

He's most well known for slandering youtubers like Clownfish of being a nazi for daring to be neutral on the Vic sitatuion. Many youtubers face lots of problems from shit journalists spreading bullshit like that. He got awful quiet when people shit on him for that. He finally dug up enough courage after reading Shame's tweets again.

I've caught him joking around with @MarzGurl on Twitter awhile back ago when Shane first appeared on The Farms.

We now have people claiming this picture is photoshopped. I'm pretty shit, when it comes to determining that kind of stuff, but x to doubt.
It's weird to me, that she kept a picture of him ... considering her "trauma"

I don't know if is it me or is it that these photoshopped images look weird and very off to me? It totally looks very off in a weird way.

I thought the picture looked weird to me. The eyes don't quite match the lighting of the Woman next to him. But Im no photoshop expert, so who knows?

There's two weird errors I've noticed on the picture (other than Vic looks really weird compared to the other two by the image quality). It's a real photo as you can see crumbs or scratches. There's two noticeable errors to take note of. The first is his arm kind of looks like it sinks down onto the shelf. The bigger error I see is Vic's fat leg somehow cuts off. It's possible it's something else but I'm skeptical. I'd ask for an angled view before assuming that's real. It's still very bizarre.

Hmm maybe stuff it in that super high tech photo program thing Ren used to say the BHBH logo on the wall is faked.

Funny seeing people on twitter not knowing how stage lighting works lol

Do the edges of Vic's face look a bit blurrier than the lady next to him? Also, something about the edges of his hair seem too "hard" compared to the lady next to him

I'm gonna say it's real because it'd be stupid to be further tampering with supposed evidence this far into this whole ordeal. But then again I've been let down before: Casey was supposed to be a competent lawyer for example.
Gotta agree. I read the metadata and ELA on the image and nothing was tampered with. This begs the question though: Monica knew about this cunt's story; why didn't Casey include her testimony in the response? This story is probably the strongest one they have.

Couldn't she have photoshopped the image and then printed it?

Edit: Was Vic married back then?

I took a closer look at the original images she posted and this isn't likely. There's enough wear on the edges and actually a piece of (I guess) tape stuck to one that makes it likely the pictures were really packed away in a box. Why did she keep them if she had such bad memories associated with him though?

EDIT: Vic has never been married. He was engaged but IIRC his ex said she left him after he cheated on her. Don't know much about that though.

Do these faggots think it's okay to throw around a business sponsorship in an effort to tortiously interfere with someone else's business with cons?
My dude, don't ask them to bother actually reading anything that's going on in this case aside from one screenshot. They're Super Lawyers and they're too Super Busy to pay attention to Texas TI.

I'm looking at the picture deeper and I'm not really seeing any errors and it'd be REALLY hard and he does have a pretty big head so...maybe that's real. I'd love the story behind what the heck he is wearing on the set but after debunking anything that could be an error there's enough to assume it's enough to be real.

Forgive me, fam. This is a long ass Twitter thread, but I think it's important.

So here's MayaScientist, who is a moderator for Anime News Network's forums and ensures nothing pro-Vic slips past their comment section, giving everyone a PSA on how Nick is an alt-right, death threat enabler who is dangerous and may lead to people dying. Pay attention to the last few tweets especially.

I think the big takeaway here, aside from tying this back around to ANN is the remark towards the end how without Nick, there would probably be no lawsuit. These people actively hate Nick because they think he was the one that foiled their plans. He gave this attention, he referred Vic to Ty and maybe convinced him to sue. Without him, Vic would have slinked away and maybe fade from the public view and they'd have moved on to the next problematic individual in their crusade to clean up the anime industry. That's why they're all going after Nick so much.

Thing is that's one of the only things they're right about. Nick has been integral to helping Vic fight back. He's now handed the reigns to Vic's actual legal team to continue but without that initial spark that would have never happened.

Vic was married once before. I remember someone posting Vic's divorce filing. It occurred before 2003.
EDIT:
Vic married a woman named Seliece in 1995. Seliece had two daughters from a prior relationship. They divorced in 2002 in Texas.
