They probably file something, whether nonsensical or not, to delay it until after the TCPA deadline, file the TCPA at some point before the deadline (or actually just waive it), and then it's stayed for a couple months.

So Doucette is saying the Federal laws of defamation will win the defendants case, thots err thoughts.
 
This stream has been a bit odd. He's gone on way too long about this guy and it was kind of weird when he was saying this might be some conspiracy where Monica and friends got whatshiscunt to post this stuff on Twitter to help them on Monday. The screaming was a bit much too. I think Nick needs to go lay down, get a tuggie from his wife, and chill out.

Well, to the extent he's making an argument, it's that federal First Amendment jurisprudence controls when it conflicts with state defamation law, but that's not even an issue. Calling someone a rapist is defamation per se and Ron has done this repeatedly. Falsely accusing someone of a crime is not protected. And so long as the complaint sufficiently states that is what Ron has done, it states a prima facie case, i.e. one not subject to dismissal for failure to state a claim, which is what a TCPA is.

That is what is called a triable issue of fact.

Because Greg thinks that calling someone a Rapist/Sexual Predator/Sexual assaulter is free speech...yea that's just dumb. And Nick has always said that the case was never a slam dunk, there is always things out of your control and can lose because of it. Seriously if this is the best you got on trolling/getting at us, just stop its just weak like Low Tier God weak.
