You know what this shows me? It's showing me that there is a lot more desperation out there than I thought. This is the type of stuff you see when someone or something explodes in a very public way. It's like there is nothing left but to throw everything at this to see if it will stop.
The thing is...do these people not think that Ty Beard has not thought of this? Do people not think that this whole charade was actually predicted, and a strategy created, to counter this exact thing?
Maybe I give Ty Beard more credit than he's due, but I really do not think that he's as stupid about his remarks as these people say he is.

The only thing stupid about Beard's remarks was asking in the first place because it can cross into personal army tier and people were already looking into Craig far before Ty ever asked anyone on the Farms to do so. Nothing else that these spergs are crying about the remarks is true though.

Are they...seriously trying to deplatform lawyers and senators?
They're trying to create some type of "viral interest" in this case to derail the discovery process which begins next week. Rackets mentioned that if there was some type of far-reaching shit-show that that could have the possibility to somehow cause the case to be delayed or something like that (I'm not really sure what the specifics of that were though). All of this coming out now clearly shows tomfoolery afoot by the usual suspects.
Edit: It's also possible that if they create a viral interest in this case such that it reaches some news outlets of national media that that would strengthen their case of Vic being a "public figure" because now people in a potential juror pool may run across his name because of this hypothetical situation.
Edit2: Also possible if this goes "viral" is the idea that a bunch of nobodies who don't know the facts start regurgitating 2nd hand information (we're seeing this right now, it's like when you strike a match and you need tinder to help it spread) such as to make these 2nd hand information seem like "common assertions" which not only serves to further defame and tarnish Vic's reputation but to legitimize MorRon's defamatory behavior in the context of a "public debate". Basically they would say "see this is part of a huge debate going on right now. My clients were just targeted arbitrarily to silence their first amendment!"

The funniest thing about this shit is both mobs have no fucking idea what they're talking about and cling to the rafts of authoritative voices that agree with their biases. How many people talking about this actually know about Texas defamation and civil conspiracy law in an official capacity? Just the one guy paid to deal with it from the looks of things.

Just point out Scott Freeman, the FUNi VA who was convicted of childporn. No one gives a shit about him anymore. He's not getting acting gigs anymore. He's not getting invited to cons anymore, because mixing a pedophile with kids is a bad idea. No fan mail or meet'n'greets for him. I think he scrapes out a living in Alaska doing who knows what.
This could've happened to Vic. Hell, Freeman was just convicted of possession of CP. No charges of actually molesting someone. Vic was alleged to have assaulted multiple people including minors (read: rape of a minor). And they think Vic could somehow come back from that?

It doesn’t work that way. Although it never seems to stop them from trying. The WaPo is currently trying to claim that Nick Sandmann is a public figure, because they (the WaPo) decided he was news worthy. Safe bet is they are going to get backed the fuck up on that one.
You say that, but this is seriously what they do. Tag in as much media pressure and bar no holds to destroy someone. It's been remarkably effective in the past. I just hope BHBH can withstand that.
