The people screeching about Ty think that Vic should be in jail. He's not going to change hearts and minds. Consider Mark Zaid. He acts like a fool on Twitter. Is that going to effect the outcome of his client's case? No. Is anyone going to support Ya Boi Zack as a result? Probably not.

Marzgurl was so quick to double down on defaming Vic after Cuck Lightyear told her it was okay to post her ESI preservation letter. It baffles my mind that he would tell his potential clients to double down on what got them in trouble in the first place.

Potential clients? This guy can't even get enough work to get a machine for his sleep apnea without crowdfunding it. As a lawyer, he's only two steps ahead of Armz and crowdfunding food for a dead cat.

IIRC, he stated that he would defend them pro bono (without pay) if it came down to it. I won't discredit him for that, but they are from the same area around LA. Thotmore consulted with him along with Marzgurl and apparently he gave them the OK to post their letters. Like cool bro, you're gonna defend a losing case for no money.

I'd sooner pull a David Carradine than have Thotmore or Armz fuck me over for free.

Doesn't she have to hire a lawyer licensed in her state or county? Or the county the case is in? That's why Vic hired Ty since he had a license to practive in that jurisdiction.

I don't know if they have to hire a California lawyer or Texas lawyer, anyone wanna chime in?

He'd need to retain local counsel in Texas in order to file an application for pro hac vice status and defend them there. That's where the suit is. Hope he's willing to go deep into those pockets out of the goodness of his heart.

Sometimes I wonder why this bozo out of all the potential thirsty bozo lawyers out there decided this was the hill he was going to die on. Nobody found that he was part of Cassey Erik's network or related to anyone on the other side or really anything. It's literally just some random bald guy addicted to social media deciding that this was going to be what he is going to use to kick start his podcast and justify his blue check mark.

He wanted attention and publicity as well as the appearance of valor by getting involved in a case to stop evil uncle touchy.

Nick said it during his Stream yesterday, its the #lawtwitter folks trying to get recognized by @popehat. The other reason is because they think they can't be wrong on the internet so have been going well beyond doubling down at this point because they can't back down.

This actually kind of makes sense for these peoples' behavior. They think their law degree makes them better and smarter than the filthy peasants of the world. So when they talk about something they know next to nothing about and get called out on it by those same filthy peasants (who have been semi-educated about the particularities of this case by Nick and Ty) they instinctively double down because by definition normies are wrong because they don't have a law degree. Then they just keep doubling down over and over again. Tweet after Tweet after Tweet, until they turn into Cuck Lightyear.

Beneath it all lawyers are people too, and just as capable of getting sucked into a social media mob mentality as any other people. Social media can turn otherwise respectable people into foaming-at-the-mouth imbeciles, and it seems to happen along ideological lines more often than not. There's definitely a hint of high-and-mighty coming from the Cohen and Low T, but moreso than that I see severe social media derangement syndrome. Gotta get that dopamine rush from having a social media mob mindlessly fellate you for reinforcing their preconceived notions.
