One of my favorite film quotes. (Devils Rejects, but im sure its from somewhere else.)

It's actually from the Manson murders. Tex Watson said it to one of the victims at the Tate murders, before he started killing. I think Jay Sebring, the hairdresser and drug trafficker, asked Watson why they were there. His response was "I am the devil, and I'm here to do the devil's work". Then he got stabby.

Last update of Todd Gaiden before the official debriefing (barring me seeing some gay ops in action)

Panel was less full, but still decently occupied. In the panel he said he stayed for 6.5 hours the previous day doing autographs. Saturday he had signings at 2:30 and 5pm.

As for autographs, you can look at the line (technically pre-line line). His line is the one near the wall (top relative to the picture). Looks like it looped twice. This was taken about ten minutes before the signing started so people were still queuing up.View attachment 793359View attachment 793376
Do costhots get paid for autographs or do they just go to play dress up?

I don't know, but I highly suspect some of the better looking ones get money for playing dress up. How they get that money I leave to your imagination.

Any confirmation?

Wait, if Casey left Kessler Collins, then why the hell would they still have Kessler Collins representing them? Someone had brought up that it may be to keep from having a conflict of interest, but wouldn't that attorney come from the new firm?

I'm not sure how it works in the US, but here you cannot retain a lawyer from the same firm if it would create a conflict of interest. People have been known to exploit this by consulting multiple firms in a given practise area to ensure that the other party can't use those firms.

Since there was a woman atty who was assisting Casey and who knows how many firm paralegals who were doing all the grunt work on the MoRon suit for Kessler, I would guess that the lady atty will be allowed to continue to work for Casey on this suit. How they work out the money thing idk. but it would be unfair to Casey's clients not to mention not make the court real happy, to start from scratch with a new team.

Or I could have this all wrong.

If he's working for free wouldn't awardable fees be $0?

Legal action has costs associated with it, even if it's only filing fees and transcript costs. Disbursements are separate from fees, so you can still need money to cover those even if you're no paying for legal representation itself.
