Seriously, all his skeletons were supposed to come out. Then it was hoping someone was assaulted and would come forward. Then funimation owned Ty with their response.
Yeah, it's almost like people only "relish" the chance to go to court until they get sued and actually have to go to court. The prices for these lawyers must start to sting a bit, eh?

I repeat myself, but first they bring their Soupa Lawyers, then Michelle releases a (apparently doctored) photo of Vic, then MarzGurl tries to drag the Japanese community into this, then Casey Erick apparently changes firms, then they go after Hughes, then they impersonate Nick and BHBH and send out fake letters, and now they're attacking the GoFundMe (again). All of that just in the last few days. They're idle for like 5 months, but right before Toye and Rial are forced to produce the evidence, they chimp out.

Maybe I'm just out of touch, but that's not how confident people act.

I dont think the picture is fake, but not even close to an expert on that stuff. What does tweak me though is why on earth she would hang on to a picture for 30 years of someone who she felt sexually assaulted her as a minor? Someone that caused her such shame, self hatred, embarrassment and fear. She didn't eat or sleep for weeks according to her. She had to attend therapy because of it, and "longed for closure". Yet for 30 years you keep a picture of him? Didn't even scratch out his face, or cut him totally out of the picture like most 16 year olds would have done. Sure.

Maximum gay-ops. You gotta defeat Vic by any means necessary; all's fair in love and war.

Emails are very easily forged. The only thing really telling you who sent an email is the 'From:' header, which is ridiculously easily forged. Any email server in the world can at any time send emails 'From: president@whitehouse.gov' and it will get sent just fine. There's some sanity checks email servers can do to look for very blatant forgeries, but it varies wildly in sophistication and accuracy between email services.

A common scam is to use a forged 'From: trustworthy@company.biz' and supply a real 'Reply-To: pajeet@indiamail.com' which causes your reply to automatically address the Reply-To instead of the From address. If someone is just trying to cause problems, they might not supply a Reply-To but might supply a real From hoping you don't respond to it and just react on it.

This smells. Reminds me of how people like Andy Warski, Matt Mundane, or ice poseidon manufactured attacks or drama against themselves to rally their base. Is it possible someone on the istandwithvic side decided to create an obvious fake attack to spark even moar outrage against the opposition? Or is this conspiracy theory to gay?
Like others have said it's possible. Things just seem so one sided against Kickvic at the moment it wouldn't be necessary but all it takes is one sperg who doesn't think there's enough fuel on the fire. Some loser could be watching one ISWV video after another and his mind warps it into a call to action, and if that's the case the person should face the consequences.

Gay ops are officially afoot. First Rekieta, now BHBH. http://archive.fo/HeK8qView attachment 795661

Good lord! I'm beginning to think there might be a mental health epidemic in this country. What would possess someone to start gay ops against a law firm. You would think that people would at least be smart enough to realize picking a fight with an organization that has free access to the legal system is an exceedingly bad idea.

Some email servers will also supply a header that tells who is really sending the email, which you can't see unless you view the message's raw headers.

Nothing exudes more confidence than going after the gfm 3 months after it started. I thought Vic had no case and no chance of winning?
Consider also that denying or working to deny the very ability for a person to defend themselves in a legal action is Communism 101. It is utterly antiethical to Constitutional governance and human rights in a free society. So in short, these people are on the right side of history... the history of Stalin.

Whoever is fucking with a state senator's company for weeaboo brownie points has balls of steel or cognitive deficits.

I'm hoping BHBH takes action against the tard who is impersonating them.
I know that impersonating a police officer is considered a crime, but what about lawyers?
