Ty praising the farms for our autistic archiving of everything was fine, and I think he was asking for more archiving here. If they’re involved, it’s obvious that we will archive everything we see.

However, the way he phrased it was monumentally poor, and open for easy misinterpretation.

NYPA, first and foremost, but also I don’t want to see the lulz derailed because some literal nobody got under Ty’s skin.

what's astounding is that these people legitimately seem to be going for maximum damage against vic, with complete disregard for themselves. they're sacrificing their reputations to ensure there's at least a shadow of doubt over vic for a long time. these people have jobs (for now), how can they drive to work without killing anyone but be disabled enough to be doing this to themselves? they're going to force the fate they wished onto vic upon themselves.

This feels like a PR firm grade op. Right now the bulk of the legal opinion is coming out from ISWV and it looks bad for KV. They want someone out there to over contrary opinion, even if its wrong. It just has to sound good enough to repeat. The best, if he is accidentially on purpose giving bad advice, he can do be willfully ignorant and then he has an excuse for being wrong. He can just say "I was just BS'ing on Twitter, I didn't know the whole story. Where it still matters I'm still credible." In hindsight he'll have just had an ill informed opinion on Twitter. So he's not sacrificing much. It's why he's avoiding Nick & Ty and any info on the case to maintain plausible ignorance of the facts.

Just wondering if he's risking embarassment for pee-pee touches or more.

the only truly worrying thing ty said was boomerishly calling kf to action regarding greg douchette, who isn't involved with the case. the speech there might be considered sufficiently extramural that it shouldn't have anything effect on the case.

otherwise, as @Boss Bass said, the majority of his comments about kf have just been praise for archiving stuff.

an ethics complaint for speaking highly of kf, with that particular boomerish comment front and center, filed by the opposing party might, might, have legs, but i hope not, and i mostly doubt it.

in the most recent rekeita stream he seemed more worried about violating internet etiquette than getting himself an ethics complaint or jeopardizing the case, so unless he's a secret dummy i think he's fine.

Not really worried.

Ty knows, legally, we confine ourselves to pointing and laughing at morons and archiving their nonsense. Doucette is not a party to the case being litigated, just a sped giving his two cents.

So unless their ethics complaint is that he encouraged a public discussion forum to discuss a publicly known person who made some galaxy brained takes on a situation they are not legally involved in (which breaks no laws), then I don't see the ethical problems.

It seems like they knew each other back when Nick lived in Texas. In one of the most recent streams, Ty commented about something going on with Nick's cousin who lives in the town Ty lives in, so it seems like their families are close.

after checking their site, i only see 2 possible people who could be his uncle.
Micheal Badolato, their Costumer service guy, but, the possible clue is also the problem. he was cofounder of a RP convention in Texas.
makes alot of sense for a connection, but he would be a pretty good insider to ask stuff about cons, and we didnt get anything that sounded like that.

and he is also oversees contract and licenses(would be a clear point of contact between him and Ty).
