The defense is going to try to say Vic wasn’t really harmed because look how well fan turnout is for his appearances.

I'd then argue "this is what my turnout is like when I'm defamed and hurting. Imagine what it would be like if I wasnt" to pump up those damages payout.

I doubt this proves Vic hasn't been harmed. He's been confirmed dropped by cons over this. Just because he's not homeless on the street begging for handouts doesnt mean he's not damage. Maybe they can look at his earnings from these cons and then say "Ok, he makes X amount per con, so let's times that amount by the number of cons he was supposed to go to.

I suspect that would be a question for the damages hearing. e.g. do we award Vic 2 million or 3.5 million? Remember, accusing someone of sexual assault is defamation per se, which means damages are automatically presumed to have happened. The question is how much.

I would take the stalking thing with a grain of salt as for all we know he could've said hi to some fatsos and they took it as sexual assault. As of right now. The only apology I can see Vic giving to Jamie and Monica is "I'm sorry I didn't stick my dick in you".

I still maintain (not that I've said it here) that this feels like something that got started because the stories of what happened with Vic (likely more accurate ones) got back to their spouses/boyfriends and they had to really quickly explain away their infidelity.

I think I said this earlier, but I followed Cristina Vee's twitter for a while. She was, to put it lightly, a ho. She always posted pictures of herself in lingerie, in pinup poses, racy cosplay, or just general mugging for the camera like she was some instathot. It got to the point of where I was uncomfortable opening up twitter in public because I was afraid someone would glance at my phone as I scrolled past one of her pics and think I was a massive fucking perv.
