Guys, just remember, Michelle also posted that really weird photo on the picture that looks like a photoshop.

Bullshit starts to get smellier.

Cristina's thottery has been an issue since she started. I don't know if she slept around, but she was known as kind of an anime groupie when she was younger.
Dayum, now I feel a lot better burying her as Yorick when I play against a Riven player(Voiced by Christina Vee).

Also, I've noticed She got a boobjob a long time ago, didn't want to say shit coz of rose tinted glasses.

Literally a technique employed by forensic psychologists when interviewing suspects and potential suspects. When someone is lying, they've likely thought through what their answers will be multiple times. In thinking through it, they'll find inconsistencies or parts that sound less-than-convincing, and they'll end up adding in details to attempt to paint their story in your mind, because they themselves, while thinking their answer up, are painting the story in their own mind and detailing what that story is. It's why these things often sound like poorly-written fiction, because it effectively is, just with a different purpose.

It's why we have a statute of limitations in the first place or have measures in place to impeach unreliable witnesses. Sometimes it's not even their fault that they are lying because they believe what they are saying even if it is not true. The human mind often "fills in the gaps" in order to create consistency and to avoid cognitive dissonance with what the person believes must have happened (not what actually happened).

If we're just going to fill in the gaps with random melodrama, her story might as well read like this:

Some older guy helped during our school play. I fell in love with him and thought we were going to get married. I went to his apartment thinking we would have a long conversation about life and have a romantic evening filled with talk of the future like in the movies I use to watch. When I got there we talked for a bit and he took his shirt off and started to try and make out with me. I gave him mixed signals because I still loved him but I finally told him no, not until we were married. He told me that we weren't going to get married and my entire teenage life crashed down before my eyes. Because I was so distraught I don't remember what happened after this, just that eventually he suggested I should leave. I cried my eyes out to my best friend all night about how my life was over.

The End

Sad story Michelle, but not enough to ruin a man's life. Sorry.

Ace Attorney Akiva Cohen said the lawsuit could've been dismissed already. He suggested two possible reasons why it hasn't. Either Ron and Monica want to go through discovery or Casey is an idiot.

The day before, Ace Attorney Mike Dunford said that wanting to go through discovery would be stupid.

I had a pretty good convo with Mike last week. The guy seems to (seemed to, more like) be a little more cordial and kind, but he also told me specifically that the defendants had no reason to file TCPA right out of the gate, because delay is beneficial to them now. I'm not a lawyer, so I've got no real idea, but to me that sounded like bullshit, considering they're funding everything out of pocket, and, as he said, discovery sucks. Deposition sucks.

Really interesting how one can change their mind, I guess, especially when they sit there and claim that they're only trying to educate people on not only the law, but also the legal process, even though he'll sit there and either lie to my face about it or for some silly reason change his mind in just about a week (pretty sure it was last Friday even, so exactly a week ago).

This man is a fucking idiot. What a waste of the name Cohen.

Dunford speaks truth.

Why the fuck does that genius Akiva Cohen think anyone would want to go through discovery to find out things they CLAIM THEY PERSONALLY FUCKING KNOW ALREADY?

I'm frankly baffled by the idiocy of these motherfuckers who openly admit they haven't even read the papers and then spout nonsensical misinformation about the case, while at the same time talking shit about Nick, who has literally read every single document by both sides verbatim on stream and given his interpretation of it, entirely based on actual, objective fact.

Postmodern woke bullshit apparently obliterates all ability to think coherently or even LOOK at facts.

Given that they were so adamant about deposing Vic first, the fact that their answer was 90% defamation/10% actual response, and for throwing a hysterical hissy-fit through pre-trial motions about their right to Habes Dibsies (as Nick likes to call it) it still seems likely that their master plan was to depose Vic, file the TCPA immediately based on information from that deposition, leak the information to further humiliate Vic, stay discovery for 90 days (and therefore starve the opposition of social media momentum) , steal that momentum swing towards the KickVic side, get the information they need to create another doubletap on Vic through another round of a defamatory news cycle, prejudice any possible jury pool with this information, and then work from there.

I say "still seems likely" because I haven't been convinced one way or the other that this was what they were trying to do, but it seems the most plausible because it gives them the biggest advantage possible. In fact it's such a large advantage that I wouldn't be surprised if they just don't do it anyway, even though they told the Judge they wouldn't because it was just an non-binding agreement.

Same for me. I happened across Nick's channel a few months back, before he ever covered the Vic stuff. I found some mildly interesting stuff, but then the Vic shit happened, and I've been sucked in. I never knew who he was, I hadn't even ever (and still haven't) watched a single anime. This mob justice shit pisses me off, though, and I became invested.

Tripple for me. I actually don't even like him as a voice actor and feel he was the worst part ADV's Macross dub. Guy sucked as Hikaru Ichijyo. Monica was also pretty terrible in that.

I find him better as Captain Kirk in that star trek fan show he did.

Maybe once this is all said and done, Vic can start his own production company and Make Anime Great Again with all the cool, talented people that are too afraid of the toxic mean-girl's club to speak up. Then, when they are rolling in dough after DBZ Superbroly IV and Funimation and Roosterteeth are out of business and Schemel, Sabat, and the rest of them are working at Wendy's. Maybe then Vic will finally be at peace with what happened.

Nick should do a stream detailing what would happen if the beard goes scorched earth on these motherfuckers.to be honest tho.vic should go hard on these motherfuckers they tried to ruin your life and expect you to kill yourself.right now vic is trying to be nice to everyone involved, but sometimes being nice isn't enough sometimes you have to make the tough decisions. I can respect that but vic needs to make an example of these pile of trash.

Ty's on record stating that Vic is actively keeping him from going scorched earth on the defendants, presumably because the goal isn't to bury these people, no matter how horribly they betrayed him, because for all the "well Vic should have just laid down and minecrafted himself low for a while and come back after being rehabilitated but now he's burning a kghjillion bridges because he decided to defend himself" vomitings, burying multiple people in legal avalanches of this sort would torpedo their reputations but also likely turn you into a feared and inapproachable figure-- and the whole point of this is to clear his name because otherwise, he's a persona no grata in the anime con circuit.

This is in addition to the court process being generally awful for everyone involved

So, I don't think that the desolation of his former friends and colleagues would give him peace.

Spill.

McLovin Cohen is almost definitely a paid shill, with those considerations.

Wasn't worth it.
