April 15th is in the timeline but there is another Monday that Nick keeps referring to in his video, and that Monday is in the March 21st YouTube video I posted. It is February 18th, the day just before Monica's tweet, the iO9 article, Vic's GFM post, and Shane's appearance on the show.

Thanks for the update on Paragraph 19. I will try to watch his old videos again because I could have sworn he said someone was added to the lawsuit and something needed to be authenticated.

The documents turned over during discovery are not public. It should be safe to assume that discovery is proceeding as scheduled for Ron and Monica as the deadline for them has passed and neither party has filed any motions about it.

You do have to file trial subpoenas that require someone to appear on a certain date in court or produce and authenticate documents at a trial or a hearing. And in this case, some discovery requests (Requests for Production) were filed with the initial complaint. And after the initial salvos of deposition subpoenas, they ended up filed because of the dispute about them, but in general, judges don't like being bothered about discovery matters because the parties are supposed to act like professionals and adults and not get in squabbles over bullshit.

As for whether Jamie is She Devil or not, here are my observations.

Here's a message saying invites were closed expect to the admin and She Devil, so She Devil was obviously someone important.

In regards to people tweeting, Shane says that Jamie has most of them blocked.

IronAnchor says the archival is complete. Block is now in place. She Devil thanks them.

She Devil mentions someone named Tom and their replies to him. Also, She Devil mentions a guy in the chat and trying to make them think they have a mole named "Undertaker". This could be Discord chat, Nick's chat or who knows what.

Note the date, February 25th (not sure how often these e-mails were sent to Kame though)

She Devil asks to keep their con posts positive. They don't want more cons cancelling. They say they will make a post with a quote that will piss evil people off.
